I dont even know where to begin. From the rude staff creating us upon arrival. The very deceiving pictures represented throughout of this property. From the pool pics to the beach pics( there is no beach) to the fact that this hotel is actually a motel and its property buds up right next to another hotel so when you sit on your beautiful balcony you get to see the other people in their pajamas eating breakfast and better yet hear their conversations. The rooms, now that is impressive for 1970. The refrigerator was dented and scratched with rust. The carpet was dirty. Our air conditioner leaked and when we asked for maintenance today come repair it they shut it off without telling us so our room was 84% . The fan would make a squeal if it ran so we had to keep it off. If you are coming with kids you may be very happy there is no designated adult pool ( however small ). There are lots of kids and they take over the entire pool area which as I said is VERY small and there is NO beach . Whatever Restuarant they advertise be prepared for more rudeness. And please please if all things do NOT even think of doing any spa anything!! There is NO spa. Check it out before and see for yourself. My husband had to come home and get a massage from whatever it was they did to us. This is a Wyndham property and they will ask you to go to a talk they are not hard sales, if you want to go on any excursions which I highly recommend it pays to sit through it they give you one for free. We are BlueGreen owners and made a HUGE mistake staying at this property. Actually BlueGreen itself needs to step up. We are considering buying Marriott much better properties

Beautiful and well-maintained resort with friendly staff and good restaurants and bars. Four pools and the ocean close-by (but not a good swimming beach), landscaping is very attractive and rooms quite nice. A wide variety of guests including many families with kids, honeymooners, groups of friends - all seemed quite happy. The only drawbacks that we experienced were a 1-hour wait to check-in on a Saturday late afternoon, and lack of parking spots during the busiest times (weekends). We had a wonderful stay, felt very relaxed and didn't lack for anything.

The outdoor areas are super! Part of the hotel was under renovation, so that was awkward getting around. We enjoyed the bar on several evenings with small plates, and that was fun. The room was clean and comfortable.

hotel is old and needed so many fixes and updates. Management ( manager ) and front desk employees were so so rude and did not give a damn about anyone's concern. No common courtesy, no respect and no service either. I put it out and loud to all social media. facebook, instagram and tweeted it to all friends and family as well as the general public. after staying there for 4 days went on a tour and needed a towel just to rinse before I catch my flight back to LA. the front desk said NO though I was promised with that before I went on the tour. ATV can be super muddy and dusty and that's what happened to me. the manager came out when I asked for one she said no. Then she sold me a room for $301 to use for 20 minutes so I can take a shower to head to the LIH airport. A stay from HELL. I will NEVER EVER EVER stay at that slump dump barn resort. don't be cheated stay somewhere else.

The grounds are gorgeous and the front desk/valet staff are very friendly. The view from our ocean front room was to die for! However, the pool bartender was rude and seemed annoyed that I asked for a drink. The service at the pool is extremely slow. The food is the kaon downfall of this place. Options and food service times are extremely limited. The breakfast buffet is a glorified holiday inn. As long as you adjust your food service expectations you will be good. The gift shop is excellent with great souvenirs and prices. Overall a decent place with incredible grounds/view.
