    • Great Winter Getaway

      We came here for my Mom's birthday. It was a great spot to be in a cold Boston weekend. I would highly recommend the option for breakfast. You can order from the menu (generously) or the buffet (did not try this). The rooms were roomy, service well done and location convenient.

      My family and I stayed here for a staycation in the city. Really great rooms, clean pool, lobby bar with space to walk a stroller around and hang out. Also really close to Seaport area for shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

      From arrival to check out the customer service is amazing. Everyone is welcoming and so very accomodating. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are excellent with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spectacular. The only downfall was the spa pool area was being renovated but they made arrangements with nearby hotels for gym share and pool use. We brought the girls to the pool and were treated as if we were staying at their hotel. So all in all an amazing trip. We will stay there on our next trip and highly reccomend it to others.

      The hotel is ok but not as convenient as Copley place and the restaurants in the hotel were really just so so when comparing to Westin or the Fairmont hotel in Copley Place ...Room was ok but not great though it had a nice view. Not sure if i will stay again when i visit Boston

      I am traveling alone with my five-year-old son and just checked in. I had a wonderful experience checking in with the man working the front desk who helped us get a really beautiful room. I think his name is Jeremy. The Bellman was also really wonderful, and let my son take a ride on the cart. Good start to our stay! It makes a big difference when you stay at a place like this and the staff is willing to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
