Nice hotel with wonderful park views

I stayed here for three days for a work trip. The hotel and staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large and I had a great view of the park and waterfall. Breakfast is great as well. Only comments are that the beers from the bar are a little high in price and the air conditioning in my room struggled in the mornings to keep it cool, otherwise a great hotel and I will stay here again.

The hotel has a comfortable decor, is conveniently located for visiting the museum and the city park. The standout is the helpful and courteous staff. They went beyond expectations for helping me resolve a couple of glitches.

I first came to Hyatt Regency Guiyang in September of 2018. The first person whom I met was Ken Li, the Duty Manager. Ken was easy to talk and chat and a likeable person who met me with welcoming smile. That smile made me back again in February of 2019, I met Ken again. I had a deep impression on him when he solved my minor issue in a very professional way. I told my colleagues that we will use Hyatt Regency Guiyang hotel as our future base whenever we are here in Guiyang. There was a lady (do not remember her name) who is in charge of Club Member business, also nice and sweet. At the lobby, I also met Harris Liu, the Front Office Manager. Harris is also welcoming person who talks people with curtesy and very professional. I like Hyatt Regency staffs because they make me feel at home. Thanks. Jim

Enjoyed the very large room and the great buffet breakfast. Is well located. Have been for business and have found all the international facility needed. Guiyang is a fast development city and i ve heard is more and more connected

Hyat Regency is always good, does not matter where you go. Guioyang is not exemption. Hotel lobby is huge, reception persons can speak English. Room was nice with rainforest showrh head. Breakfast was continental style with enough choices, Nothing really complaint or maybe there is, nothing to see around hotel. But if you tarve for business, choose this hotel. You would not disappoint.
