Parking: Self. Outdoors. Free. Reception: Professional Customer Service. Tended to my specific requests. Room: Spacious but outdated. Very little amenities, toiletries, linens, and towels. Restaurant: N/A Location: Close to shopping, dining, and major highways. Fitness Room: Shameful. Mildew and Rust all over the equipment, which only consisted of 2-3 Cardio Machines. No Towels. No Mats. No Weights. No Water Cooler. I walked out in disgust, and drove 5 miles to a pay-for-day Gym.

Something about this hotel hit my funny, yet I still cant explain what it was. Our king room with pull out was nice enough. Pretty clean, spacious. The shower left a bit to be desired, just a bit on the old side, but overall ok. Some loud hotel occupants, but you can choose who you room next to. Air conditioner was a bit loud distracting while I slept. Breakfast was included for Hyatt member and it was a decent breakfast. Good for the free price. Thats for sure. Overall was ok. Would I stay here again, not likely. But my husband disagrees and says he would stay there again.

Stayed for one night for weekend soccer tournament. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities at this small hotel. It offers a small but clean outdoor pool, excellent hot breakfast, small gym and little bar for an evening drink. Plus it allows dogs which is great (for us). The rooms were clean and water pressure was great. AC worked well too. Lastly The staff is super nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

    • Not a good stay.

I was unhappy with the manager, Andrew Sydney, trying to enter my room the day before I was scheduled to check out. I had a do not service my room tag on the outside of my door. He knocked twice, got no answer and proceeded to try his card. My sister opened the door and asked why he was trying to open the door. His excuse was unacceptable. He said he had us scheduled to check out that day. I don't believe that. He had ABSOLUTELY no valid reason for his actions. He should've checked before trying to come in my room. There was also a constant drip outside my window, making it difficult to sleep. I did get some ear plugs which were ineffective. Plus the smoke detector was flashing a bright green light, again making it difficult to fall asleep. The assistant manager, Kidada, was compassionate and tried to explain why the manager was trying a door key in the lock. She offered as compensation to add 2000 points to my account as I am a member. That's not even enough for a one night stay. I don't feel my business valued.
