The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable, good breakfast, the spa is very good, the staff from the spa very friendly. The hotel is well located, not far from town. We think that the guys at the reception should be more friendly and a bit more Helpful. But overall it is a good place to stay.

Stayed here 2 nights on our visit to Bariloche and doing the seven lakes tour. Front desk ignored us completely and continued small talk with random travel agent at the time of check in. Restaurant showed much attitude when asked for vegetarian suggestions, finally serving 2 soups of average taste. When asked if Mozarrella pizza can be adapted as vegetarian pizza, cook obliged, but served a hard pizza with a thick layer of cheese and caramelized onion and unpitted olives. No one could eat that. Mayhem is the only word that can describe service and atmosphere at breakfast time. Lastly, I asked for local site seeing options on day 2, but noticed that there were a few people behind me, so asked front desk to call my room when they had a quiet moment. Needless to say no one called. Will not recommend this hotelto anyone I love dearly!

This place is not a 4 star hotel by far. Maybe a 2 star. Except for Juan at the front desk and the chamber maids, the staff is very unfriendly. No irons available, no heat for first day, the door lock to the room was never fixed despite numerous requests. Breakfast was good, if crowded. Good location. Other than what was mentioned above, not much going for it. One of the chambermaids walked in while we were asleep without knocking . No USB in rooms or anywhere in the lobby, restaurant etc... One must give the front desk the cell to be recharged. I am an american traveling with a group of Brazilians and was told that Argentinians in general are not very fond of Brazilians due to their soccer rivalry, that may have contributed to the poor service I received. The property is tired needing updating. Will not return or recommend.

My family and I had a great stay. Our room was huge, with comfortable beds and the most amazing view of the Nahuel Huapi. The breakfast had assorted Argentinian food and great coffee. Kids loved the pool.

Travelling with my band from USA, this was my first time in Argentina and it was the perfect place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, much of the food and drinks were locally sourced and delicious, and the hotel offers a great view of the lake. The staff would help us call cabs, exchange our dollars to pesos, and recommended the best places in town to go for night life. Made for a really easy trip for someone who doesn't speak much Spanish but wants to dive into the culture!
