Such a shame
ReviewedWas really excited to be seeing one of the best remaining Brochs, and the view we had from the car park was lovely. unfortunately the site was closed for safety reasons, pending funding, which we read could be unlikely to happen. Come on the powers that be, this is a really important site, get some funding there. five stars given as I knew it would be amazing if we could have visited properly.
pusscatglenGreat visit

ReviewedWhile this includes a little incline on the approach, its worth the walk, especially when the heather is in full bloom.
klh19Beautiful ruins with beautiful views
ReviewedIron Age broch ruins slightly off the beaten path, with a view of hills, Blackhouse remains, and sheep all around. It is a mild hike to the ruins; main trail goes past a small museum and gift shop that contains information about the site and accompanying archaeological excavations. There are restroom facilities at the museum as well. The ruins are fragile, and visitors cannot go right up and touch them, but are able to get quite close.

ReviewedThis site is open to walk around. You can go inside and see the inner room and the passage way that runs around it. There is a plaque that gives some information about it. I thought it was cool as it is from the iron age!
