    • Amazing family hotel in a gorgeous area

What a wonderful place. The spa area is gorgeous and immaculately clean and there is something for everyone, from kids to finicky adults. Food is very good and a nice mix of a high quality buffet and interesting dishes that rotate each day. Our family room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. The bathroom toilet door connected to the shower was a bit odd but not a big deal. The hotel offers free bikes and very reasonable ebike rentals to explore the amazing local scenery. We loved, loved, the hotel.

Stayed for a week with the family in july 2019. The hotel is very beautifully located in the Aurina Valley. The hotel feels new and very fresh. Stayed in juniorsuite with nice mountain view. Staf foverall nice and professional. The food served is of high quality. We have a child with a severe allergy and our waitress in the evening handled this professionally. (Far from all restaurantstaff have the knowledge they require even if they think they have it.) The pool area fulfills its function and is nice, however some children and the noise level may be to high sometimes. The spa area very nice with both steamroom, jacuzzi and large number of saunas where diffrent infusions is done a few times a day. However, it can be a sad mood because some guests do not respect the ban on swimwear. The only minus we found during the week is the kids club. It is located in a boring basement room and staff there could have been a little more engaged. We are very happy with our week and will definitely visit the facility again.

    • Amazing, family friendly luxurious Spa hotel!

Firstly, a many thanks to all the staff at the hotel, we had an amazing vacation! Our stay started with an arrival in perfect weather, to amazing scenery surrounding the hotel is truly picture postcard material and a very warm welcome with our bags quickly take to our room and the car parked for us in the rooms dedicated space in the underground carpark. (having driven from the UK I was glad not to have to get back in and park it!) Given that a few of the previous reviews stated that English was uncommon here as a language here, the hotel still produced a detailed bespoke welcome pack in English, and the reception/check-in desk spoke perfect English and instantly got rid of that worry! Very friendly and welcoming and the perfect start to a holiday! Traveling as a single dad with my two boys (10, 14) we chose this hotel based on past reviews, and all three of us found it was even better than we could have hoped for. My youngest son had great fun in the active pool every morning, then would spend some quiet time chilling on his tablet in a quiet zone with the top class internet access, his favorite was one of the many areas of double bed style loungers that just made you feel at peace with the world. Even with the hotel fully occupied, there was always plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to relax by the side of a pool. The two main pools are fantastic, well heated and immaculately clean, both having indoor and outdoor sections, so no matter what the weather you could still enjoy them, during the mornings the pools where very quiet and we had them to ourselves on multiple occasions. The Spa area was great with its 10 sauna's and steam rooms. Being British the dress code was a new experience but even the kids loved it, my eldest spending time in there every day and my youngest went in for the timetables kids sessions. The hotel is most definitely family friendly. The sauna "Journey's" are a must, when scented ice is added and the heat pushed up a lot higher than normal - again here the staff where amazing. The 3/4 board system works well, you have a dedicated table for your stay, with a large buffet breakfast of hot and cold foods, a lunch buffet running for 4 hours and an evening meal with soft drinks all included. The evening meals where of an amzing standard (and we've been lucky enough to stay and eat in some of the worlds top hotels) you could just eat the buffet and hot pasta meals from the self service, but you could also request items from the menu which changed every day and where cooked to perfection and would have been at home in any fine dining restaurant. There was also plenty of options for gluten free and dairy free for those who need it. Each day an English copy of the hotel newsletter was left on the table, and our menu was in English. On the last evening we got chatting to who we thought was a bar manager/duty manager who had been serving us all week, and when he found out it was our last night ran back to the bar and brought over a nice bottle of grappa and shared a drink with us - at which point I spotted the name and realised he was actually the owner (joint owner I understand) he is out there every night making sure guests are happy and well taken care of and not like in most large hotels of this size, just hiding away in an office. Thank you Paul and team for an utterly amazing vacation!

We stayed at this hotel twice, once in summer 2017 and once in winter 2018. We liked the hotel very much. The fact that during the summer you can rent mountain bikes at the hotel for free, or that in winter you can rent your ski equipment directly at the hotel is a definite plus. The hotel offers many amenities for free, is very clean and a really good value for money. The food is delicious and freshly made and the 3/4 board is incredible.
