    • Great Service

We spontaneously decided to come to Halle Caf to have some dinner and drinks. We were very delighted by the attentive and forthcoming service of the waitress Jana. She always gave us the best recommendations and made my colleague drink more than he anticipated. Great job! Thank you for for this very enjoyable evening, Jana! We're looking forward to coming back the next time!

    • Too slow but friendly service

We were with a 100+ group hence some delay in serving expected. Nice fresh and original welcome drinks. Staff tried hard, but too slow on serving. Nice atmosphere.

Who knows, perhaps the waiter was having a bad day, but unfortunately it gives a very bad impression of an otherwise lovely looking cafe. To elaborate - I entered the cafe and went to the waitress at the register to ask for a table, however she would not acknowledge me or the customers behind me. After some time she looked up. With a sigh and a frown she motioned to the table next to her. It was right up against the fixed bench, so I moved it a matter of centimetres so as to get in and sit down. At this moment she rudely exclaimed "no that's not how this works!" and moved the table back before I could sit down. I turned around and walked straight out of the cafe.

    • The worst experience ever!

The place is wonderful and really promising... Though the service was veeeerrryyy slow... When we asked from the waiter VERY POLITELY to come responded abruptly... After we asked to have a juice and his response was very rude ...Actually swar us in his language and am repeating very rude... We stepped to the director and described the situation... An awkward moment since not a response or an apologize ... Any way there are too many places spending g your money in this wonderfull city... It is a pity such person to work in tourism business...
