Just returned from a week's stay at the B&B Btik Hotel. I can't speak highly enough of the place. The staff were all very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Comfortable room with a very large bed. The breakfast was superb and plentiful. A large pool for great swimming and a short walk to the town. I have been to Turkey frequently over the last 25 years and this is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It's also great value. Don't look any further if you want a relaxing place to stay.

Was looking for a family room for a one night stay in Dalyan, stumbled across this hotel, which appeared to tick all of our boxes. When we arrived, we were greeted like friends, made to feel welcome, and were treated to some great hospitality. The room was great, exactly what we wanted (2 bedroom family suite), and everything we asked for was provided. We ate at the hotel, where we chose from the ample menu, and then chose our dining time, while we lounged at the pool. Dinner was both tasty and great value. Breakfast (included) was Traditional Turkish with a huge selection of items. If you are looking for a traditional welcome, with a relaxing atmosphere this is the place for you. Certainly a Hotel to keep in mind for return trips

I just stayed there for few days but t was lovely. I wish i could stay more. The breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly, First night i wanted to check the other restourants in Dalyan, it was quite expensive but in my second evening i stayed for dinner. The dinner was delicious and various. When i compare the prices between the hotel and the restourants, i realized that it was a mistake to go out from the hotel for a dinner. And I want to say thank you to all of the staff, it was a great experience for me.

Lovely relaxing 7 roomed hotel. Great pool (best room is the king suite) Only thing that needs looking at is rooms ready for redecorating. Memhet and staff looked after us very well nothing too much trouble. Just 5 minutes walk to centre of Dalyan with some great restaurants. Saturday is market day in Dalyan.

Being early in the season we had the hotel to ourselves. They put us in the honeymoon suite. Having been married 36 years that made us feel like we must be doing something right! The owner and staff were very welcoming, gracious and generous. Don't go expecting Britain, this is a real experience of Turkish hospitality and there was no way to fault it. The breakfast was full Turkish, (plenty of it too), being diabetic it was a perfect way to start the day. Lunch and dinner menus are of limited options but enough choice to satisfy everyone. We had some evening meals in the hotel and there was nothing to fault the food or the service. And, they stacked up very well in value and quality against the restaurants in town. It is far enough away from town to be quiet and relaxing. The owners classical jazz, 1940's swing and easy listen music drifts through the hotel putting you in the mood to just sit back and do nothing. This was an amazing place for a quiet break, comfortable rooms, pleasant surroundings and great hospitality. Thank you!
