      I was actually quite excited when I booked this hotel. It looked like a beautiful building. I was in town for a professional conference across the street. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend that anyone stay there. Because I believe in presenting a balanced picture, let's start with the pros: -It is very close to public transportation and a short walk to the main square. -Breakfast buffet is reasonable (although its damn near impossible to get coffee). -The attached restaurants have pretty good food. -The bed was comfortable. -the bar is quite nice and the bartender might be the only friendly person in the hotel staff. Unfortunately these pros were overwhelmed with consistently negative experiences. This started almost immediately when our party checked in to our rooms. Within ten minutes my friend sent me a text- there was water pouring through her ceiling. When she told the front desk, they sent two women who looked at the mess, laughed, and left without saying a word to my friends. When they went down to the front desk, they were given a new room and we also found that another member of our group was experiencing problems with his shower. These showers are rain showers in the roof. And the drainage is done poorly. He said taking a brief two minute shower completely flooded his bathroom. When my friends moved to a new room, their air conditioner was broken and was started making a high pitched squealing noise that woke them in the middle of the night. The next day, they tried to shower, and found that this new shower also flooded their bathroom completely. They spoke with the front desk, and were met with sullen and noncommittal responses. At this point, they knew the hotel was full (they were told they had been given the last room) and decided it wasn't worth the effort to move across to the Marriott. So they resigned themselves to taking quick baths for the rest of our short stay. We didn't have a single meal that didn't have some error in it. Clearly none of these errors were that big of a deal in the moment, but in aggregate it shows just a general lack of care and customer service. Salads, drinks, etc were consistently forgotten. People had to ask multiple times for silverware. My main course wasn't ordered for lunch. I visited the jacuzzi, only to find that it is kept at a chilly 32 degrees. It was suggested I go try the sauna instead, which is coed. Well, I had quite the experience five minutes later when I discovered that several of the male guest are a bit confused about the co-ed nature of the sauna area and they were completely unclothed. Honestly- there were no signs explaining anything, so I can see why they were maybe confused. But it was open to the main pool area with no doors. Regardless, it might be wise to make the rules of these spaces regarding clothing more obvious as it was embarrassing for everyone involved. We sent laundry to be done, and they sent back wrinkled clothes shoved in a plastic bag. They are so badly wrinkled that we are in fact going to have to pay to have them done again. The claim to have room service 24/7- but there are no breakfast options. The proportions in one of the rooms were ridiculous. My friend is not tall, but she's not abnormally short either- the door handle and key card slot were at her eye level. The final day was really the most telling though. There was a marathon in the area, which was going to block some roads locally. We had a morning train. I went to the front desk the night before to make sure we would be able to get a taxi. I had sprained my ankle very badly and could not walk well, so the walk the the train station was not a good option for me. The front desk assured me that if I left at 8am, I should be fine. The next morning, at 8am, when I asked for help calling a taxi I was informed it was impossible. When I tried to inquire further the woman at the front desk was quite rude and she seemed annoyed that we were even speaking to her. Clearly the marathon was not under their control- but helping their guest navigate the rather confusing and detailed traffic closures (available only in Polish) seems a reasonable request. And even if the woman that morning could not get me a taxi, she didn't have to be rude about it. At that point, I had such low expectations of their customer service that I didn't even bother trying to ask for more help. In the unlikely event that I ever need to go back to Warclaw on business, I will certainly be staying somewhere else.

      Excellent location, very nice room with ceiling at about 4 meters.. huge window in the style of a church. Excellent breakfast with a big choice, very modern bathroom which may not please everyone since only a big surface of glass is separating the bathroom ..including toilets...from the sleeping area. Traveling alone for business purpose this was not an issue and will come back any time. With family may be not in that kind of room..

      We were very pleased with our stay here. The location is excellent....just a 5-minute walk to the Main Square. The rooms and bathrooms are very modern. This may be a "put-off" for some people; we were fine with it. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet is HUGE and A+ in quantity and quality. We recommend this hotel.

      I stayed here for five nights in July split across two separate rooms. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The second room (on request) had a much nicer view of the street. Neither room had a coffee-maker or kettle and was informed these are available only in Suites, which was a major disappointment. I found the access to the bathtub unusually high and could be a problem for those with limited mobility. The location is just perfect and the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

      Nice overall experience, rooms were good but the AC really didn't handle the 33C outside temperature too well. My biggest complaint was that there was only 2 English (in English) TV channels. I would also recommend only allowing kids in the spa during specific hours.
