(1x Polish 1x British) 3 day stay at the Leda in great location for the beach and other nearby attractions. The hotel was clean and had most things you needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms were cleaned and linens/towels changed daily (great job by cleaning staff, very friendly). We had breakfast within our stay which was a good variety, fresh and hot. Staff were friendly and almost go unnoticed when clearing things away (very professional). We made use of the spa facilities- pool, jacuzzi, sauna and shower - very good and clean, would recommend if staying. A couple of points we noticed, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which we found odd in a 4* hotel. On one of the nights we ordered a take away (room service menu minimum and tired after 10km walk so wanting to stay in), the hotel could not supply plates or cutlery for the food (again odd for 4* not catering to customers minimal request)? And lastly we noticed an unpleasant drainage smell coming from the shower, perhaps something to look in to? Overall the hotel staff service facilities and location was good and would recommend, just a couple of minor points.

    • A spa hotel close to the beach

We started at this hotel to separate times, the first time in a standard double room and the second time in a deluxe room. Both stays were enjoyable. The hotel is close to the beach, about 3 km from the city center. Especially the deluxe room was spacious with a large balcony. Good AC and good free Wi-fi. The bathroom with a shower. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The sauna and pool area were included in our room price and they infrared, turkish and a kind of finnish sauna. It was a hot summer day and the sauna and pool area were for us only that kate afternoon. A very relaxing experience. This hotel will be our choice even next time.

This hotel is a typical 4 star. Rooms are a good size even though the bathroom could be a bit bigger so you dont trip over the toilett while you are getting ready in front of the mirror. Its big enough for 1 but 2 people will be in a way of each other. The fridge was not cooling at all and stunk of fish, that was pretty disgusting after every opening. Food often looked better than tasted but it wasnt but, just normal. Stuff was smilling and seemed friendly. We booked this hotel because of a bad weather and therefore spent a lot of time in the spa which was good. Luckily we were there usually alone otherwise it wouldnt had been that pleasant. We enjoyed relaxing in the salt cave, swimming and aqua aerobicking in the pool and finishing off with infra red sauna. We experience a massage which was fine. What we didnt appreciate was the fact that the hotel is not the cheapest one and on top charges parking! I would understand that if it was a cheap place and has this extra charge or if the street parking was chargeable but it was free! Unfortunately, we found out that a bit late. We also didnt understand while the hotel cant put the city tax on the bill which we paid by a card, but had to pay that in cash .... The hotel has its own beach space, tiny bit shared with other hotels, but if you want a sunbed, you have to pay for it. There is plenty of space on the beach and not much point being at the hotel part unless you want to be on a sunbed. The wind sheeld and towels can be borrowed for free at the hotel but apparently they have limited numbers (we didnt use this service just what we read in the leaflets).

Excellent hotel, really well priced, modern and great location. Location is 5 mins to beach, 15 mins to town centre and 15mins to molo / harbour. Hotel parking is 20zl / night or free (council) car park next door or free off road parking across the street. Hotel is modern and has everything a tourist would reasonably need for 3-4 days. Breakfast excellent, buffet evening meal excellent, spa facilities on site and a really first class pool / sauna area. The rooms were modern and clean and we had 4th floor balcony and great views. The sauna area is slightly separate from pool and has Finnish sauna, steam room and infa-red sauna and 2 showers and big freezing water bucket. German guests tended to use this area naked, although Polish guests tended to wear swimming costumes. (Some signs would have been appreciated to stop embarrassment) Embrace life I say and go for it - naked was actually much better! - 2 Polish men jabbering loudly in the saunas were very annoying but I feel this was through not being aware of etiquette (again a few signs telling people it was a relaxing area would have been good) 2 jacuzzis and a large pool completed the area and it was definately the major plus of the hotel. I have spent double the amount of money on hotels and not had anything as nice as this. Definately would return to this hotel and would highly recommend- however I doubt I would return to Kolobzeg as it is a mainly German resort and the town seems more geared towards their tastes and limited English spoken. (Please note I left the same review by mistake against the Diva Spa Hotel - this review is the correct hotel)

Spent 2 nights here in May 2017. The hotel has a great location, 5 minute walk to a lovely, clean, white-sand beach and you can follow a promenade all along the beach for 30+ minutes. But back to the hotel. Check-in staff were friendly. People seem to comment on the hotel parking, alot on here, there are only limited spots directly in front (maybe 20?) and they are small spots, we drive a Passat wagon and it was a tight fit but....the hotel also allows parking in the huge lot right beside the hotel so there is tons of overflow parking. The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from, staff were not super friendly. We had a dinner /we were not on half board) in the restaurant (ground level) our last night, food was good but overpriced but that is what you get in a hotel often. The server we had that night was awful. White glove service with crappy attitude. I won't even try to re-tell the story but it was pretty well awful from start to finish. However the staff in the spa and the treatments received were fantastic. The staff there were helpful, the treatments were great (I had 3) and very competitively priced. The wellness area (good size pool, 2 whirlpools and 3 styles of sauna were included in our room price) was very well maintained and not at all overcrowded however we were also there in low-season being early May. We would go back but will skip the dinner in the hotel as there are plenty (!!!) of others places close by to choose from.
