Its cozy, rooms are small but comfortable. The Mountain views and patio were a plus. The food service was tasty. During our visit theyre very busy so meals were scheduled to groups. Not a problem but not something were used to. Bus service is close and actually pretty easy to get to town. Locals are kind and friendly with directions. We would return here. I shared some photos from our patio this morning. Snow covered mountain (Sept 7) plays peek-a-boo in the clouds. Magical

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last month Its in the bad or lower area of St. Moritz very near to the lake....5 minutes walk The hotel staff is extremely hospitable warm and friendly Extremely efficient in guiding and providing information with google map printouts for whatever destination you choose to visit Breakfast is one of the best Ive had in European hotels The bathrooms give you a feeling of being a little old but overall extremely clean Ample storage space in the room in terms of closets A choice of restaurants at the hotel itself and the best part is that the pizzeria is open till 1 am.... offers a great amount of selection of pizzas to vegetarians as well Connectivity to the dorf or main area of St Moritz is extremely convenient by the local bus If you stay for more than 2 nights in any hotel in St Moritz you get an Engadine Valley Card which covers all public transportation from rail, bus, to cable cars which makes going to the glaciers in the area totally free On our return journey we had to leave quite early in the morning the hotel staff gladly packed our breakfast for us They also have a pick and drop service available from the railway station Would definitely recommend this hotel

    • nice people, good size family suite, good priced buffet and fabulous breakfast; highly recommended

we booked a family suite for four of us. the size is great. we enjoyed the wide option of the breakfast, which includes cook to order omelette. The buffet, $38 is a good value in pricy St Moritz area. we only used the sauna on last day, which we regretted for not doing it every night. Several bus stops in front of the hotel so it is convenient. front desk is very nice. the local transportation card is a good value for the cable cars. so make sure you stay two nights or more. The partner gym and swimming pool look really nice but closes at 8:30. We showed up at 8 but was refused to use the pool as "it was nearly closing time". That is about the only downside I can think of, but not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel, its ambience, location, cleanliness, staff friendliness et al is really good. We had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent even for vegeterians like us. The first day of our two days stay there was a very big crowd for breakfast since a very large group happened to be there. Food was emptying out fast & refills were taking time. But the very next day we had a more relaxed time. Would recommend a stay there.

I wouldn't choose to stay at this Hotel again. I notified the girl at the front desk about the slow filling toilet and nothing was done. There was an argument with other patrons over the shuttle buss because it was double booked by the front desk. The bar is underground of which they allow smoking! Breakfast was OK and they do have E'bikes. Evening meals were best enjoyed over the road at Robertos. It was the best Italian! We found the girl at the front desk argumentative and very unhelpful.
