      They provide big room and many things to spend some time. They have gaming room newspaper and with good dj/bar . We planned to stay there for some day to see all area from here and know there cultuture

      A very nice property bang on the most sought after tourist place, The Mall, in Shimla, the Queen of Hills. The best thing about this property is Location, Location and Location. This property has got its own private lift to take you to this hotel and also to take you to the Mall, saving your time, money and effort to go through the Government Tourist Department lift to reach the Mall. If you are driving, Valet parking is provided free but the parking is paid. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable providing you nice view of the valley in front, some rooms are provided with balconies also. The staff is polite and courteous, providing service with smile. The House Keeping Service was very prompt. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Rana takes personal interest in making your stay comfortable. There were some minor issues with our room which were promptly taken care of by Mr. Rana. The complimentary breakfast was fairly good and tasty. The F & B Manager, Mr. Chouhan and his staff was taking good care of all our requirements. They have very nice restaurant called Caf Sol on 8th floor with opening to the Mall. This restaurant offers very nice, tasty and well presented Continental cuisine (other cuisine also served). The food is prepared in a modern, very neat and clean open kitchen. Popular tourist attractions, such as, Town Hall, Gaiety Theater, Scandal Point, The Ridge, Church etc are within walking distance of this property. Similarly the best shopping experience in Shimla is available on The Mall itself. I would like to highly recommend this property for stay during your visit to Shimla.

      stayed in combermere in month of june nice hotel with own elevator up to mall road to go any time, spacious room with nice view. must try cafe sole and lounge bar at top floor of the hotel parking is problem but hotel send driver to park the vehicle and bell boy for luggage.

      Zero value for is gud but does not provide the facilities as per the pricing.....if u choose this jst for the sake of private lift directly to the mall,would suggest you to take the public lift rather....

      The location of hotel is very good, heart of shimla, but the service staff is not good at all, very unprofessional, they are authoritative , hard headed, never opt for breakfast buffet, don't waste money on them, you will be very disappointed, specially Mr. Lal Chand, manager at breakfast hall, he annoyed every single guest at around 8.30 am, no sense of responsibilty, you can see faces of guests, sandwitches arrived at 9.10 am, what about for people who had taken breakfast at 8.00 am, they are not served with sandwitches, Lalchand is not moving from his bay, nor his waiters, they are hailing people, asking them to come and pick coffee etc. Items are very less, per room you generally pay 800-1000 for breakfast for 2 people, so dont waste money and don't expect anything from staff
