This was a return visit for us as we were there in May 2018. Charming family hotel and very near to train stations, bus stops, etc. Breakfast in the beautifully renovated restaurant, is fantastic with a wide variety of fresh, delicious food. The staff were as usual, very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will go back.

The hotel is nice but Internet at times is weak. Restaurant is small compared to rooms in the hotel. Good breakfast by European standards but understaffed. Staff cooperative and friendly. Slightly far from st. moritz.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now, in winter. The quality never changes, it is dependably excellent. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and lacking for nothing. There is a choice of three restaurants and we always eat in each. There is a "posh" one with gourmet food, a grill with first-rate cuts of dry aged meat (which also serves as stylish breakfast room and lunch room), and a Swiss-style rustic restaurant for local dishes. The staff are friendly and efficient. The lounge is small (the hotel consists of three houses, combined) but cosy. One downside: as a non-smoker, I avoid the bar which doubles as a smoking area; there is also no door or wall between the bar and the small lounge, so the lounge can get smoky, despite the hotel's attempts to extract the fumes.
