      From the minute I got there and saw the beauty the modern style the clean lines the beautiful colors the impressive spacing and design i was enthralled The sweets at brfst the food staff kindness and helpfulness I am sold on this chain the rooms were services every single day it was a superb three night stay and the front desk could not of been nicer the room could not of been lovelier the price could not of been better And there was nothing more I couldve wanted it was all provided cleverly easily handily and beautifully

      This hotel is horrible. We were there for 9 days for a basketball tournament. First my account was over-charged. The supervisor on duty was so incredibly rude. She not only argued with me, hung up on me, then when I returned, clapped her hands aggressively in my face, she then told me she didn't care who I was and that I didn't know who I was messing with. This situation was horrific enough, but I had to wait 5 days to even speak to the gm. He was "surprised" by this... really? She should have been fired immediately. She then had the audacity to smirk and stare me down constantly. I spoke with corporate and still nothing done. If this is how Hilton allows employees to treat customes, I'm done with them. Guarantee, if I wasn't just a teacher, and I was of a different tax bracket, she would not still be employeed. In addition, we had to constantly ask for cleaning, even though it clearly is posted what the schedule is. No cleansing wipes in gym for 4 days, elevators nasty, floors dirty. Avoid Hilton and home2suites! I've yet to receive any try sincere apology from this staff. She had the nerve to state the mischarges were my fault for going through a 3rd party booking. Clearly, this occurs quite often for them, but this is not what I experienced. Check your account before you leave and after.

      Not enough staff , no service on weekends- room NEVER serviced for a three night stay , staff did not speak / understand English- the hotel is joined to other hotel so checkin desk serves two hotel therefore no one ever answered phone so if you had a question you had to go down to desk and wait and wait

      I was surprised how busy this location was central to everything. There were various sports tournaments going on so it was primarily occupied with families with children of all ages. Even though we didn't stop for the complimentary breakfast, I like that they had to versions of available continental and a hot breakfast options. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. The also have lovely outdoor patios in various spots around the hotel for relaxing in the evenings.

    • Be careful with this hotel and Booking.com

      I will start by saying that I usually love the H2 brand, and I send a lot of people to their properties in Augusta, GA for the Masters. For the Kentucky Derby, I ordered 4 rooms at this property through Booking.com. They had a very clear cancellation window. Well before the deadline I cancelled the rooms online, and received an email confirming the cancellation and assuring me that I would not be charged. Three months later I noticed almost $8000 of charges on my credit card statement. The hotel charged me for the rooms even though I cancelled and no of my guests came to the hotel. I contacted the hotel front desk and they said it was the hotel's policy to charge me for the stay, regardless of my confirmation of cancellation. I then asked for the hotel manager and he said it wasn't the hotel's fault, and that I needed to take up the issue with Booking.com. He was completely unapologetic and showed no empathy. I called Booking.com and they assured me that I should not have been charged by the hotel. They are currently working to get me my refund. My take-away is that the hotel is overly desperate to create revenue, and completely unwilling to make things right. And the management doesn't even attempt customer service. Most of my TripAdvisor reviews are positive -- but this is a hotel that I cannot recommend to anyone, and does not seem to be in line with the Hilton name.
