Excellent hotel located in the centre of Ibagu. Delicious meals, comfortable rooms and professional staff . I was impressed by the lack of noise at that location in the evening hours. Hotel staff was very nice and I felt safe at the premises . Would definitely consider it on my next trip.

Theres nothing surprising about this place, I guess it is a place more suited for business rather than families. Staff members are very friendly and premises are clean, breakfast is good but prices at the restaurant are very high for lunch and dinner.

ReviewedIve just spent a couple of night in this hotel which was booked to me as invitee to a local Conference, I was given a platinum suite for me and my wife at the 5th floor, I had breakfast and dinner which both were of good quality, rooms are not super quiet but for where you are its a gem, important remark, the hotel is in the heart of a mall and right in Ibague downtown sot conveniently located, I deem it good for a short business stay

ReviewedHad a great time at this hotel. Excellent breakfast is included. I got a great price on a quality and clean hotel room. Other reviews complained about speed of the internet, but I had no issues with the internet, it was very fast. Maybe they recently upgraded or something, I don't know. I would recommend this hotel for people visiting Ibague.

This hotel is fine for a business trip unless you need to use wifi for internet service during evenings and night... It is terrible, to slow and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic, few options and if you stay more than 3 days you will find the same food until it gets boring. Restaurant (Tony Roma's) is expensive and food is not the best for the price you are paying.... (Anyway it is difficult to find healthy good food in Ibague)
