This was mine and my wifes second trip to Hilton Playa Del Carmen. The entertainment staff around the pool was amazing! Andres, Victor, Fernando, Issac and Emmanuel all made for a great time at the pool. Also, Eric Was an amazing waiter around the pool area. We will definitely be back again!

My wife and I came to this resort for our honeymoon based on great reviews both online and from friends who have come in recent years. The potential of this property is readily apparent but when we went the property was under immense renovation. Over 80% of the rooms in the hotel were closed, which made for very few folks to share the resort with. However every night over half the restaurants were closed, and the ones who were open would lack air conditioning. The noise was incredible both in our room along with all by the pool. We would have to yell to one another to talk. There is no beach, it had been eroded, there were actually zero cabanas on the beach opposed to the rows and rows advertised. We feel completely ripped off by Hilton. At least disclose what you are selling.

ReviewedMy new husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. They staff from the second we walk in were more than welcoming and pleasant. The resort was so relaxing yet the entertainment by the pool was exciting. Andres, Victor, Fernando, Isacc, And Emmanuel were so fun and kept everyone engaged. They had amazing energy everyday and instantly put you in a better mood. We will 100% be back!
