Fine hotel, service not so good

My family and I visited here for a family holiday to Guiyang. Hotel is about 30 minutes away from both high speed train stations. The check in- they barely acknowledged our existence. They could pull from the Doubletree Anshun down the road, where their service was impeccable and happy to have us at the hotel. Room was fine, although pretty bare bones. Had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and got food poisoning from the noodles for lunch. We would not stay at this hotel again, there are other Hilton branded hotels in Guiyang, the Hampton Inn and a new Hilton, that we would definitely pick over this property.

ReviewedBook this though ebooker with flights got a great deal. The hotel staff were great and very helpful. Our room was a twin bed room it clean and well presented. It was spacious and the bathroom large. The laundry room was was a bonus and the price for wash and dry only 32 yuan. App 3.20.

ReviewedI made this reservation for my parents, they told me they hade enjoyed their 11-day stay there. Very nice property and very comfortable experience. Especially, the team serviceing the breakfast had delivered high lever services. They mentioned to me some names , Xiaoli Kang, Feifei Lin and a young guy whose last name is Xie. The doorman also gave them a lot assistance every day. I am hereby on behalf of my parents express their appreciation to the team at Hilton Garden Inn Guiyang, Thanks!

The Guest Service Manager Chris Wang and his team are not well trained so the service attitude is very bad. When i take 2 large suitcase out of the lobby, there is a doorman(or guard?) stand next to the door. But he don't give me any help and just looking at me. I have to open the door and take my 2 large suitcase by myself. The room is not clean enough. There are some dust and hair in the corner. I complaint to the Guest Service Manager Chris Wang but it's useless. They ignore my complaint. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I feel very uncomfortable and disappointment.
