Booked 2 bedroom suite with lake view, Pricey but Rooms were clean spacious and view was beautiful! It's also nice that they had 2in1 washing machine and dryer in both the rooms with a convenient kitchenette. It was said that the pool was heated but it was definitely cold was then told by one of the staff who was working in the pool/gym area that it was at its max capacity? Food was great, compliments to the Chef, Breakfast was FANTASTIC loved their breakfast banana/blueberry mini muffins so moist.

Staying at Heritage Queenstown was so enjoyable! From arrival to our departure the staff were amazing - friendly, approachable and went above to make sure we saw all the best activities and assisted with confirming and booking them for us. We had the full breakfast buffet which was delicious and a great variety and the chef & staff always said hello. Parking facilities was great, room had no fault - very spacious. We had a car and found distance to town was a quick, easy drive. 10/10 would recommend.

ReviewedWe went to see the glacier but the weather wasn't agreeable so went stayed in Franz Josef and enjoyed dinner and drinks at an local establishment and had a blast. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast served was outstanding!

ReviewedGreat hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful. Great views onto lake. Had both evening meals in hotel - room service and in bar. Great food and service. Easy 20 min walk into town. There is also a bus into town and airport available from a stop right across the street.

ReviewedTerrific place to stay with the family. We had a family room with 1 king and 2 singles, very comfortable beds. Nice clean room and bathroom. Breakfast at the restaurant each day was very good with generous serves. Staff were more than helpful particularly after our flight got cancelled and we had to stay an additional night. Only a short work to town or 5 mins on the Orbus which stops directly in front of the hotel. Recommend to anyone planning to holiday in Queenstown. We will be back next year.
