      Good value and location to East Wichita. Not as convenient to resteraunts as some locations but quiet. Smaller hotel with excellent customer service. All staff were very helpful and courteus. We were here for 5 nights for a wedding and family visit. It was perfect for us.

      The Hilton family hotels is our only choice. Twice in August we booked rooms at this location. The first visit was okay, and just okay, but Hilton did not post our Hilton Honors. The second trip, the check in clerk wanted us to post a $50 incidential fee. I've never done this at a Hilton in the past 20 years and did not do so this time. We went up the road to the northeast location and spent the night.

      We drove in from Texas for work on a Monday. I was to meet my coworker at 6am for breakfast. He beat me downstairs for breakfast. He said when he got his coffee and sat down and waited. The clerk kept staring at him making him feel uncomfortable. He said he took his room key card out and laid it on the table. When I came down he said the clerk was racist. We ate a quick breakfast and checked out. I proceeded to check in at another Hampton for the rest of week. I called and talked to a manager about my concerns. He said he would talk to the clerk and call me back. It has now been 3 weeks and no call back. I waited to write this review until he called me back.

      Always so impressed when we stay here. Seamless and one of the best Hampton Inn Teams weve seen. The team always takes that extra step to make you feel welcome and that you have a positive stay at the property.

      We are part of the Hilton Honors club and were looking for a good clean, pet friendly hotel. We were so excited to find that we're they not only pet friendly but no fees were required! Hoping more hotels follow suite!
