      We have stayed at this Hampton for many years when attending the fall car show. We were very disappointed. The mattress was very uncomfortable with various problems with our room. Many issues with Check in and check out.

      I love the location of this hotel. It is clean and the employees were very nice. I like that my room had two window which made it nice and sunny . The bed was very comfortable. It could have had more pillows on it .

      We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located and compares to other Hampton Inns where we have stayed in the past. The breakfast was okay, typical of what is offered at no additional cost. Would suggest the fruit be served individually so all fruit maintains its own flavor.

      Pool has play area for children and a large pool for adults and teens. Breakfast every morning in lobby is very nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great value, within walking distance of The Island and several restaurants and shops.

      This hotel has several varieties of king rooms, and my partner and I chose the smallest because the price was simply too good. We were worried the room would be tiny and may not even have a window. When we got to the room, though, we were amazed by how much space the room had. It felt cozy yet spacious and we didn't feel cramped at all and yes, it had a nice window with a gorgeous view of the Island ferris wheel. This property is not as new as the Hilton Garden Inn next door yet its not nearly as old as the other Hampton property down the road. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but they were comfortable enough. The TV was plenty big, and they have a decent selection of channels, but other than watching the local news for the weather, we plugged our Roku into the TV and mostly watched that... even though we had to unplug the microwave to do so because there aren't enough outlets. The property has an indoor pool that is really more for exercise than recreation, but its a nice way for adult guests to enjoy a pool without being around loud children as they will most certainly always opt for the outdoor pool with fun looking water features. However, the water in the indoor pool is quite cold. A majority of the parking is located in the rear of the property which does have a moderate incline. There are probably 8 spaces in the front of the property, but half of those are reserved for diamond members. There is a rear entrance from the back parking lot that opens right up to the elevators that are centrally located in the building. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only negative experience was when I asked about my complimentary water bottles that silver members are supposed to receive. I was told they only offer those to gold and diamond members but if silver members request them, they will provide them. I stayed three nights, but never again asked about them as a I was made to feel less than because I wasnt gold or diamond. Other than that, the staff really did help make my stay enjoyable. On day two, I even received a message from the girl at the front desk via the Hilton app asking how my stay was and if I needed anything. Outside of the silver member thing, all other perceived negatives listed here are nothing more than nitpicking and certainly not worth taking away from the rating of my stay or this property. We were so pleased with our stay and 100% recommend this property!
