    • The most comfortable beds

      Reviewed 11 February 2021

The hotel lives up to the title of Grand. Beautiful place to stay with exceptional rooms and amazing comfort. I love the beds here, and as someone who sleeps on a lot of hotel beds throughout the year, the comfort of a bed is important. I definitely recommend this hotel.

    • Great Experience!

Despite operational changes due to COVID-19, the staff were very accommodating and made sure we felt at home. EVERY staff member was genuinely courteous and kind, the hotel room was spotless, the view from our "bay view" room was amazing... I look forward to staying here again.

    • An Enjoyable Staycation at Grand Hyatt Seattle

      Reviewed 08 January 2021

I live in Seattle but wanted to get away from the house for a few days in this vacationless year. I have stayed at Grand Hyatt Seattle before but this was the first time during the pandemic. I felt very safe during the entire stay. Sanitizer stations were plentiful and the elevators were marked with socially-distanced circles to stand in, although I was always the only one in the elevator. I stayed in one of the Emerald Suites, which had a view of Pike Place Market and the water; I could see the ferries going back and forth. The person that checked me in, Nicole, was personable and helpful. The only downside was breakfast. My stay included lounge access, and in normal times the lounge serves a great breakfast. But because of the pandemic, I was given a menu to order a free breakfast from Andare, the restaurant in the Hyatt Regency, which is a few blocks away. The oatmeal was instant and the other options were too heavy for my taste. So I had instant oatmeal and a piece of fruit each day. Speaking of food, Nordstroms is just 2 blocks away and has a restaurant on the bottom level and on the 4th floor that are excellent. Take-out only at the time I am writing this. I had an Asian Wild Salmon salad that was delicious. Also, I ordered several meals from Uber Eats that delivered right to my room. I look forward to my next stay. You can't beat the location, the staff takes good care of you, and the views are great.

I have been to so many hotels and this is my favorite one. My boyfriend and I go there to celebrate our anniversary and they are able to get us the same room plus treats. They do such a good job at making you feel welcomed and make sure you are comfortable. I also love the rooms and the views of seattle.
