ReviewedWe booked the 3 bedroom villa and we got 3 bedroom plus a maid's room. So basically a 4 bedroom villa. It's very generous of grand hyatt to advertise a 3 bedroom but in fact u will get 4 bedroom including the maid's room. The facilities are amazing. I love the infinity pool with a great view.. everything about grand hyatt is amazing. From the view, to the facilities, up to the crews. They were all very helpful. They always greet us with a smile and always joking around especially the guy from the reception Youssef. He is very funny, accommodating and so helpful. Thank you so much grand hyatt for a blissful escape. Now, back to work.

ReviewedVery nice hotel with a friendly staff. Lovely breakfast, excellent gym, mall close by. Supercomfortable beds and you receive water every day. A nice pool and the beach to swim in. The only thing this time of year...it is extremely hot with lots of humidity. So it is hard to be outside for a long time. Nice cooling in the room. We use uber to get around. Food is quite expensive in Qatar. Good to have this Big breakfastbuff included.

Extremely poor customer service from beginning to end, lack of professionalism from front desk staff I encountered. Old furniture in the room i was allocated with drops of ketchup on the carpet with other stains as well, and the biggest joke was a QR50 charge for parking my car at the hotel entrance, this was the worst 5 star hotel Ive came across and never again Grand Hyatt, i really regret spending my money and time at your property.

ReviewedAbsolutely fantastic hotel to stay in, old world charm with all the grandiose frills that you can expect from a 5 star. Staff are extremely helpful at all times, rooms are clean and modern, facilities are great, definitely gets the thumbs up from me and I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Middle East, so you cannot go wrong with this hotel. Just wish I could have spent some time on the private beaches or pool areas but unfortunately the desert heat makes that impossible ):
