Very nice hotel. Good cleanliness, friendly staff. The outdoor pool and the thermal pool suitable for any weather. Good food for all tastes. For craftsmen, palinca at breakfast. Besides, at breakfast you had free beer and wine, but at dinner they were for a fee.

Good food, rooms are ok but your staff i think they didn't graduate any school. Shame on you !!! I was 100% sure that I will find in your hotel hospitality but i was dissapointed. You have to learn a lot from your austrian neighbours. Never go back to silver Hotel !

    • A great stay

We travelled this year to the Hungarian Balaton. Later on, we decided to move closer to the North East of Hungary to the popular tourist town, Hajduszoboszlo. No regrets!!! It is a fantastic place. Especially, we are extremely greatful to the Hotel Silver, where we spent all the week. (We reservated rooms for 3 days, later on we asked for more). We were very surprised that in the reception a girl welcomed us with our mother language, Polish. Others communicate well in English. Cleaned rooms, polite staff, a very tasteful food, a fantastic massage and healthy water. One minus of our stay, there was a bit rainy weather at the end of the week. All at all, we can recommend Hotel Silver in Hajduszoboszlo!!! And now, we move to Eger. Hopefully, it will be a great place as well.

    • Bad staff, Bad service

      Reviewed 14 July 2019

The staff makes mistakes then blames the clients for their mistakes, arguing with the client. To the hotel management: you need to totally retrain all of your staff to be much more polite, courteous and professional

    • Bad staff

Definently not 4 stars. Insects all over the room and when you try to address anything to the staff, expect them to be offensive towards you. Pool is cold, but they write it's about 28 degrees celsius. Prices are huge, 50 percent more than similar hotels in Germany or NL. They only speak and write breakfast products in their own language and they expect you to understand it.
