      I booked this hotel based on many excellent reviews and the Trip Advisor 'Certificate of Excellence'. My one-night stay was disappointing. Likes --------- Has a fridge and microwave (did not use) Breakfast was better than hotels in similar class. Good coffee. Dislikes ------------- One lamp next to bed had no lightbulb. Ceiling lamp in bathroom was out (mirror lights were OK) Very thin walls. My neighbors were quiet, yet I could hear their murmured voices even though I could tell they were not speaking loudly. If they were louder, my stay would have been worse. Also, my room faced the road, which winds thru a restaurant/shopping/hotel area. I heard too much car and truck noise through the thin exterior walls. The printed TV channel guide was obsolete and useless. Hotel has satellite TV which has an on-screen guide, but it was slow and painful to use. Many displayed channels were "not available with your subscription". Why leave a useless channel guide in the room? Why not print one that guests can use?

      Not slower like the other Walmarts in Montgomery ..atleast they have more than one checkout open..cleaner and pleasant .if I have to choose any Walmart in Montgomery it will be this one..faster friendlier service

      Clean environment with courteous staff. Our hotel visit was fine. However, when we departed the hotel on Saturday, our van was not running right. When we stopped at a nearby gas station, we discovered that ALL the lug nuts on ALL 4 wheels had been loosened! Since the car was thoroughly inspected before we left Cleveland, I had to wonder what happened. Was that just a coincidence, or had someone been interrupted in a theft attempt? While I'm not blaming the hotel, I'd suggest they provide better security for the parking lot.

      BEWARE. Do not take anything of value with you that you do not want to part ways with while staying at this hotel. The management does not have any concern when your items goes missing. My jewelry was stolen from my room and the video shows two employees entered into my room while i was out. One for towels and the other for cleaning. Between one of the two, one of them took my jewelry. I had to file a police report. While this is a decent hotel- they need to do better screening with who they hire or at the very least, take action when a customer has been violated- show some concern. I missed time from work dealing this this incident. The manager there simply did not care.

      May 14, 2019: around 4 pm My mother, was in Montgomery to visit her son and celebrate her birthday, was checked into a dirty room!!!! Then, instead of being apologetic and concerning, a RUDE manager accused my parents of being dishonest. They were JUST checked in; how could they dirty a room in 5 minutes. That manager is the disgusting one and shouldn't be working in customer service industry. If she wants to be rude and unless, then do it on her own time and off the clock! Terrible. Loyal Marriot Plat.members now considering to dropping Marriot all together. This seems like a trend within the company.
