      I travel through the area twice a year and this property is my go-to. The location is convenient and adjacent to major roads, countless restaurants, strip centers, a mall, a grocery store, etc. The hotel and rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Ive never had issues with any employee, and I was acknowledged as a Marriott Rewards member at check-in. I appreciate the quiet hours policy and the always available coffee and soda just off of the lobby. The managers reception and cookies in the evening are a great treat. Ill be back again next spring.

      Rude customer service!!!! Lady at the front desk was making a big deal out of the fact that my credit card wouldnt swipe due the strip being worn out. I then asked her if she could key in the numbers instead and she got extremely bent out of shape and instructed me to call my credit card company and step aside so she could help the next person in line. It was almost like she was implying that I could afford to stay there simply because she couldnt get my credit card to swipe, due to having a worn out strip. However, it IS a chip reader card and if the owner would simply buy a chip reader machine???? Anyway, I only stayed there due to the fact of it being the fair weekend and full well knowing that I couldnt get rooms, yes I said ROOMS any place else. I have a VERY high status with Marriott and WILL be taking this further up the chain to address how poorly I was treated over something so simple by this hateful woman whom they gave the title of customer service associate

      Very nice and clean property. Grounds were very well maintained and clean. Breakfast had a a good variety to choose from. Very friendly staff, and the rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

      This hotel does not take dogs so stay away. I am a Marriott rewards member so my first choice is always Marriott. I've stayed at this property previously with my golden retriever. He is a registered emotional support dog, which I'm very well aware is not the same as an ADA Therapy Dog. This has not been an issue until today.The hotel would not allow me to stay and did not even offer me the opportunity to pay a deposit for having the dog. He's better behaved than most people's children. The lady at the front desk with completely rude and abrupt with me. There was a better way to handle the situation. She needs to take a class in customer service. I guess loyalty means nothing. Luckily the Hampton Inn was more than happy to have me stay for the night.

      We stayed for 1 night on our way to CO. The staff was welcoming and the hotel was very clean. We had a little issue with the bathroom sink not draining quickly and since the maintenance guy had already left, the front desk clerk called to ask if she could come up and try to fix the issue. Although she couldnt fix the problem she was able to drain the sink for us. The lever that opened the drain needed to be repaired. Minor issue that had no impact on our stay, but I appreciated her effort to resolve our concern. When checking out the next morning, she asked if it was fixed enough so we could use it, it was. She also mentioned that when he arrived that morning, the maintenance person had told her she should have called him to come in the previous night. Thats not something that happens too often these days. Id stay here again, without any concern!
