Hello, Upon arrival: Called around 1pm June 30th to make sure a 2-3 hour late check in was okay. Was told "I'll waive the fee for you if I can". According to your website, there is no fee before 11pm so why was that even brought up? Hopefully that fee was not applied. I have a service dog and a pet cat. I was charged twice for the pet fee, and we payed a different (higher) amount for the first 30 days than promised. That is a really unfortunate and bothersome issue. Room 100 was missing a hair dryer, the fan in the bathroom did not work, there were 15+ bugs in the room and housekeeping was unable to... well clean. Why? I don't really know... We moved to Room 103. This room was missing an iron, smelled like a urinal and mold and we were told this was the best they had in order to stay on the first floor. I'm pregnant and stairs with my dog is difficult and the elevators are very slow and I don't want to smell the smoke from the 3rd floor. The air conditioner has no concept of keeping one temperature and smells like stagnant rain water. The first night in this room we woke up at 5am to loud thumping and a banging noise. This has continued until today, every morning between 4-6:30am; no matter how much we notify the front desk, it hasn't changed. I was told "I can't control what other people do" by your staff. However, we have received 2 noise complaints about our dog when he's barking at that noise upstairs and the constant knocking with no housekeeper coming in. We were told we would be kicked out if it didn't stop. So, I recorded him, he only barks for 30-90 seconds so how is it okay to hear 2+ hours of noise, but a minute of dog barking at a pet friendly hotel warrants removal? I received a call at 6:30am on a Tuesday about my dog having barked on Saturday evening. That is beyond unprofessional and quite ineffective of an approach 3 days later. Then I was quoted the pet policy and told my dog was "making aggressive gestures and noises". He's 8lbs and trained to play with children so I think that was hilarious and completely unfounded. He has been re-trained to ignore noises now, but that was absolutely no way to deal with a guest. Housekeeping has managed to make every single excuse they possibly could either not to clean, not to come in, or to do a very bad job because they want to get out quickly. I am used to staying in hotels where I leave a weekly tip for the housekeeper's great work. It literally smells worse after they "clean". We are scheduled for cleaning on Thursday and they came on wednesday without notifying me. That is completely unacceptable, I should know when someone is entering my room. Hair was left on and urine was left behind the toilet seat, the tub and the shower were left moldy, the floors were not mopped, swept or vacuumed. Personal belongings, a locked safe and heating pad were moved. That needs to be addressed and that should never happen again. And we have bugs now.

    • A real dump a zero star hotel

This place is horrible. If you stay here to save $15 tonight you will deeply regret it. Your self esteem is worth more than that. I used the travel reward systems through American Express Gold and I will be reporting this hotel. I have done many reviews on TripAdvisor and I was surprised this place has any ranking or rating above one star at all. They proudly display their TripAdvisor sticker on the front door. Just to give you an idea of what you are in store for if you do stay here...the floors are sticky so bring some flip-flops. The room smells like smoke even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking room. Your bed is a mattress sitting on a plywood board. The sheets are so old they have yellowed in there was a brown stain of some type on the bottom sheet. The towels in the bathroom or of the lowest quality youve ever seen and they dont supply a washcloth just two small towels and two hand towels. The furniture looks at least 20 years old and incredibly cheap. Within 30 minutes of checking in I drove to a nearby grocery store to buy cleaning supplies.

Before you stay here, sleep in your car!! I notice that this place has received 5 stars in the past. THEY ARE FAKE! There is absolutely no way this place would ever get more than 1 Star. I personally would give it 0 stars. The first sign this place was bad was the broken down car in the parking lot. The rooms smell of smoke and cheap air freshener. The sheets were dirty and we were told to change them ourselves! The room across the hall apparently wanted to be hit harder (he was very vocal about it) and the room above us was having a party complete with a MMA wrestling match. When we called the front desk, they said there was nothing she could do. We ended up taking the 3 hour trip home at 3am.
