    • A terrible stay. It wont happen again

A shockingly dirty hotel with terrible customer service and despite my $500 room stay they charged me $17 to mail me a $10 phone charger. Dinner was $60 for a meal I could have got from lean cuisine. Very disappointing

Registration was a nightmare even though I did the digital check in. Front desk staff not helpful and story kept changing as to why requested rooms not available. Some members of our wedding party had to change rooms at least once during during a 4-5 day stay. Housekeeping did not come daily and when they did it was in the evening when we were dressing for dinner. Never heard them run a vacuum ...found a strange pill on the floor. Only bright spots were valet attendants, although $25 a day is a bit steep, one of the breakfast omelet chefs was amazing, another one was slow and sloppy. Buffet breakfast items were often not hot. In fact, hash browns were downright cold.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my In-Laws who were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. The hotel needs a refurbishment. Breakfast was not good, quality of food and choices were not good. If you are in Buffalo stay somewhere else

I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times and it has always been a great stay, but not this time. I hate to leave a one star for an Embassy Suites, but it is deserved. This was a night for my wife and I, for our Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately after this we will, definitely not be back to this hotel. Let me start with the positives: 1) Our dinner at SEAR, was very good as usual. Great service and great food. 2) The view from our room was very nice. 3) Good customer service at the front desk. Now the Negatives: 1) Our whirlpool tub was dirty and we actually had to wipe it down and clean it. 2) How the air conditioning was set up. The Air Conditioning was blowing directly on us from the ceiling when trying to get to sleep. I have never been in a hotel room where this was an issue. 3) The breakfast. Yes, this is a surprise because this has always been a favorite of mine whenever I stay at Embassy Suites. Not here though. The scrambled eggs were fine, but the sausages were over done and I had to wait 15 minutes for the employee who makes the Omelettes. This is an unfortunate review for a hotel chain that I love, but our Anniversary stay was a big let down.

    • Room dirty and poor service

While staying at this hotel for a convention. My self and my co works expected to have house keeping come at least once to bring fresh towels, take trash and turn over beds. As most hotels offer. We never saw house keeping. And needed to get our own towels at the front desk. Our room was dirty the sink was falling apart. The whirlpool tub had hair in it and so did the shower. The pull out couch was a lovely experience. With all spring and a light sheet placed on top. When we asked for a roll away bed the front desk said the didn't have any and would send up extra blankets. We finally got a roll away bed from the bell boy after he brought us 5 blankets. The dresser drawers where falling apart and the electrical out let's where very loose. We would not recommend staying here.
