      This is a COVID 19 review. Hotel was very clean. The restaurant was closed. They did have their market open and well stocked. Everyone in the hotel had masks on. No daily room cleaning during this time which was nice. Plenty of extra towels on hand. The room was great! I really like the suite. It was very comfortable. Great views. Whole Foods easily walkable. Most restaurants had take out. Good luck and stay safe!

      Unfortunately our trip to Boston was for a family member's funeral. I'm not sure how the hotel found out about this, but they had a welcome basket in room expressing condolences and providing a little treat upon arrival at 2AM. This little gesture meant a lot to us, and really showcased this hotel's hospitality. All the staff we encountered we generous with this time and attention to detail. The room was clean and recently updated. Breakfast was very good with made to order omelets. Only improvement I would make to the hotel is to add the "door closure slowing mechanisms" I'm seeing at this level of hotel to cut out the noise of other guests entering and exiting which can be frustrating.

      Needed to pick up daughter from college due to Caronavirus situation and had to make last minute changes to our hotel stay. The staff at the hotel was very understanding and accommodating with our needs. Room and view were great!

      Overall quality of the hotel is good, but the girl at the front-desk left me with a very bad experience. no welcome, no nice words, felt like checking in into prison. This is the worst experience I ever had.

      The AC in all rooms has loud and noisy voice, stuff in the reception is extremely aggressive and impolite. The shift manager (black lady) need to be fired, as she has nothing to do with customer service or how to deal with guests of Boston whom are elite type of guests. Either coming for business or studying at Harvard. I gave them 100 dollars as guarantee for my stay, while checking out she wanted to give me a 100 dollars that is cut on one of the edges and when I refused to take it she punished me and gave me my money back in notes of fives!!! To the leadership of this hotel, you need to watch your from liners or at least give them customer experience training !! I am Hilton honor member and have visited Hilton in more than 25 countries and this my the worst experience ever!!!! Never again!
