      We spent a two weeks at Riadh Palms hotel, in Sousse. Very pleasant moments. Clean room, nice sea view, plenty of food, nice personnel. The animation team were so friendly and very funny, played a lot of games, there was various things to do through out the day zumba, darts, volleyball etc. and evening entertainment was amazing, they made our holiday special. All I can say is I will be back some day. Overall our stay here has been enjoyable and havent had any issues.

      Our stay was 7 nights. The beach was great. The sand was clean, fine and white as flour. The chairs were comfortable. The pool area was spacious and beautiful. Our room was quiet and spacious. In fact we were in two passing rooms because we were three adults and one child. The furniture was old and worn-out. Not enough bathroom belongings. The room was clean. The towels were changed every day. The main restaurant is the foible, real horror and chaos. It was very very dirty there - the tables, chairs and everything. There wasnt enough and various food. Every day the same food. The staff was not enough. Must queuing if you want eat. Sometimes the queuing for fish and meat takes 10-15 minutes. Disgusting juices and wine. There werent fruits except plums, apples and melon. Your stay may be good if you dont attend the main restaurant. I dont recommend this hotel.

      Is the first bad holiday in my life bad animation everyday the same show nothing new.The hotel is not 4 stars , I wud say its 3 . Food are really horrible most of Time same food . Kids are queuing for the Icecreams for at least 20 minutes.Plates are not washed properly. Fruits are rotten. Receiption staff are horrible not have manners at all . Air conditioning is not working. Horrible hotel . Please do not book this hotel as your holiday would be ruined .

      We had a great week at this hotel. The animation team was amazing. The whole team was always so upbeat and happy, always game for a laugh and they work so hard. I have to mention them as they really dont get the recognition they deserve. The evening entertainment was always good and was there very good atmosphere. They involved everyone, every nationality was brought together and even though some languages was a barrier for guests we all laughed as the team worked hard to make sure everyone enjoyed it all. The food was fine, always you can to find something good. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly. Reception staff are amazing they are always so helpful and available if needed. Apart from all that, really enjoyed our stay, and would reccomend this hotel.

      I dont know what kind of practice is this, but I'm very unhappy. Im blaming this Hotel (also in person and on paper) for this event: We (mom and mentally impaired sister) had 4 star vacation in Riadh all inclusive, upon arrival at 23.00 our delegate told us that the Tunisians are disorganized and overbooked the Riadh so they are sending us to El Mouradi Club Kantaui, 40 mins away, in the middle of the night, to the "same quality" hotel, but it really just means formally, in the same number of stars. Club Kantaui is not a 4 star hotel providing the services we have paid for in Riadh! We spent there only 1 night, fall asleep at 3 am after the longer bus ride there, woke up at 8 am to meet the delegate and immediately being transferred to Riadh, where we stayed for the rest of vacation. Suddenly overbooking was not a problem? We paid for in Riadh (and got) but we didnt have that first night in Kantaui: - seaview - we were on the ground floor with unlockable balcony, so anyone could come in - there was smell of mold in all of the room! - there were burnt marks on the carpet, see pictures - no trezor, old rusty fridge, AC not working, no bottled water, old smelly, brown sheets - paid deckchairs on the beach - we lost the opportunity to participate in the 2 day Sahara trip, because we missed it because of the transfer to Riadh, looong check in, etc... - what is more, sister Lucy got traumatized, becaused of her impairment and we had to deal with it for the rest of the holiday What is more, at the late night check-in they took our papers from Kartago tours, so they could write down the info and the receptionist told us that we will get them back in the morning at the check-out. In the morning, there was new receptionist, not only didnt anyone here speak English fluently, she told us she is unable to find those papers. Luckily I had them on photo. So after 15 mins she found one original and then had to make the copy of another one. Because of this "yield management", as later another delegate Katerina Bydzovska from Kartago tours told us, we got our sleep cycles shattered, got very bad first impression from the attitude of both hotels, Tunisian country and people towards money/jobs-bringing tourist, and of course Kartago tours. I dont understand why is somebody selling the room TWICE (or seat in airplane.... = yield management) and then sends people up n down, and even to much lower quality services. This is a theft and lie. About Club Kantaui, what it privided in our room is way below 4 star standard, I really don't understand how could you get them. Guys, seriously, if you want the money from European tourism, recommendations for your Hotel and happy customers, start providng the service the customer paid for and stop paricipatiing in this chaos called yield management. It is ruining your reputation. What I LIKED about RIADH PALMS: - clean and well-kept - lot of animation activities - great seaview, nice pool and surroundings - smiling and kind staff What I DIDNT like: - nobody from the staff who I encountered for a week spoke fluent English, so it was oftentimes hard to get what I needed - unchanging food, same dishes over and over for lunch and dinner - very little vegan or vegetarian options - very little names, zero descriptions of contents, alergens - I found severeal times" unripe fruit, or old cakes with nuts and seed gone bad - foods with little flavor - no possibility to know in advance, in person, or on the web or paper, what is served and what is it made of in the hotel restaurant Neptune Guys if you want Europeans coming there, you should seriously upgrade the standard.
