I took my daughter away for a birthday treat overnight in Buffalo and decided she is old enough to appreciate a hotel that is not cookie cutter boring. Boy! Were we impressed by this hotel! The rooms are cushy and luxurious, the bed was comfy, everything is controlled by an iPad next to your bed and the bathroom has more jets than Air Canada! We had a dip in the Hot springs and a drink at the rooftop bar, so fun! The next morning we walked over to the Buffalo City hall observation deck, its so close! Breakfast was yummy and not chaotic as it normally is in other hotels and the room is beautiful! The hotel has been restored to its glory and we felt like we were in old time Buffalo! The one complaint is that the front desk staff were not always warm and inviting It was hit and miss Other wise! Well done Curtiss Hotel! Take note Canadians, this place is luxe and affordable Spend a weekend in Buffalo, the people are amazing and you will really enjoy this hotel

This was a property that we just stumbled on while visiting Niagara Falls. We wanted a place to relax and unwind before returning home. I simply looked for a deal on a travel website, and up popped the Curtiss Hotel. Honestly, it is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed. The amenities are too numerous to mention. Motorized Curtains. Bathroom with multiple shower heads/positions, heated bidet with motorized seat cover, light controls, etc. There is really no end to the details and comforts provided in the room. Then you go to the roof top bar which is beautiful and would make a great place for events or parties. Also, the breakfast being included was sufficient, but again, the look and feel of the entire stay was luxurious. There is simply no other hotel to stay at in Buffalo that can compete with the Curtiss Hotel.

My room was beautiful. The building is beautiful. My bathroom.... I didn't want to leave it. The room was spotless and everything is modern and high tech. The lights, shades and temperature are all controlled with a tablet.. My bathroom had a bidet seat, a beautiful multi-jet steam shower, a vanity area and a huge sink area. My bed was super comfy and they include some interesting coffee table books for you to peruse. There is a fridge with mini bar and keureg coffee machine. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Omelet station, fresh yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc.... The indoor/outdoor mineral spring pool was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here. It has a high end feel at a mid-range cost. Still thinking about that shower! They didn't have an office area for printing stuff out, but I was able to email them what I needed printed out & they obliged. The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Onsite valet free for guests.

My boyfriend and I visited the hotel last night and received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Due to misunderstandings, the MANAGER decided to be highly disrespectful. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel is ran by a manager who is unprofessional, distasteful and cruel. She assumed that we did not have the funds for the security deposit because of our appearance. He gave her a card that he used while booking and there were insufficient funds however we have multiple accounts and CASH that we were willing to use. Instead of maintaining professionalism she judged us and told us that she did not feel comfortable with us staying in her 5star hotel. She turned a night that was suppose to be beautiful into a disaster.

I enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel until I realized my tablet was stolen out of my room. They did nothing about it and told me their staff would never do it. These employees know that if there is a complaint, their company won't do a thing about it. They will tell you their staff would never and they will check the cameras as if the cleaning crew wouldn't be conspicuous about the items they're taking out of your room, bundled into sheets or towels, etc. If you stay here do NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR ROOMS! They do not care for your personal belongings. I will never return here! There are memories in that tablet I'll never be able to get back this was a joyful yet painful experience and I am truly saddened by it!
