      Amazing hospitality right from the entrance,staff at reception was gracious and welcoming, had to ask for couple of print out and they were quick and helpful. exquisite dining experience at one of the restaurant's. Highly recommended.

      We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights as our flight was cancelled due to the COVID 19. Unfortunately, even though we were very comfortable with the amenities, the hotel was not at all prepared for the contingency. It was surprising to see that the staff serving our food (always in room dining, no option) were not wearing masks or gloves, and the food was brought without covering it at all. We felt totally exposed and not safe, so we moved to the Radisson, where we are at the moment. Here staff who serves food is properly covered, plates, glasses and cups are covered until we ourselves open them. We feel safe here. Too bad that such a great hotel has such poor attention to a very important matter.

      Its my 7-8 visit in last 2-3 months and this time We had 3 night stay to enjoy the Crown plaza and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. I spent my holi fest inside my room in full of piece as I wanted. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding there areas and work, the staff shows the real professionalism, specially that two guy from HK team Mr pushpender and Mr Mukesh thanks to both of you they are very dedicated and helpful a big thanks to them. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Last but not least, I would like to thanks your Chef Ajay who always gives me a special attention till the time I was there, Thanks to him for feel me special all the time and for my favourite fried chicken rice by you. Thank you guys Hope to see you soon...

      I booked this hotel to stay with my spouse. Every one says that we need to acknowledge a lady if they are coming to a hotel. Hotel share female colleagues engagement photos on social media but THIS HOTEL DOESN'T ACTUALLY DOES. When we checked in, the reception guy was confused of check in. He looked like a robot rather then a friendly person. He never explained me my room inclusions, no smile,and never acknowledge the lady along. This huge hotel will never ever escort the guest until you are celebrity. Zero on escorting, no room orientation and off course you become isolated to a new place. After seeing dull faces, zero response team, procedures failure like wake up call miss, no acknowledge of repeat guest, no assistance.they do whatever they want. No courtesy call. Room service is slow, staff are engaged checking LinkedIn profiles of guest, they are on there own trip. Staff is engaged with self plans of the evening. This is probably the worst IHG BRAND. I felt familiar to Corona virus standards in this hotel. Would never recommend or advice to stay, untill unless you want yourself to be framed. I did dicussed my issues with Ashish and Sumit duty manager but they failed. Nobody is bothered to make guest happy. Front line staff recommended poorest packed breakfast. Only and only Joel is the one who to be given an applause. This hotel service standards are low as anything. They failed in LQA AUDIT,scoring 3/32

      The hotel staff doesnt abide by the rules of hospitality. It was during the COVID stay that the hotel decided to discontinue with their buffet breakfast and instead resorted to offering from In room dining. When ordered breakfast, I was told that I could order only one portion out of many items listed under Indian breakfast. The same was applicable on the continental and American. What my understanding goes, if you have given choices of parantha, Dosa/ Uttapam, idli/medu vada, one should get one portion each from the choices than going for only one choice out of these. On being asked, one Akshay from the reception went on to say that he has worked in many hotels and so as other GMs and this is not so. I never asked for his history and there was no need to answer in that way. Had buffet breakfast been there, there would have been a variety but a basic fruit like apple was also not available. I am surprised if they are not planning to continue with their hospitality or what....highly disappointed
