I stayed here in early October with a friend after our trip to Italy was cancelled. It was very conveniently located to the train station which is how we travelled from the airport, and good distance to the very picturesque centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes all around. I was very happy with how helpful, friendly and accommodating the staff were from checking in, out, and during our stay, hence my excellent rating (I don't always dish out those)! Room was nice and quiet, comfortable, everything we needed in it. Did not have breakfast. Enjoyed Munich and everything it had to offer, would like to come back again for a short trip with my partner maybe in the future and will seriously consider this hotel as everything went so smoothly. Thank you!

A fine stay overall - check in was rather painful as the trainee was definitely struggling, but I was able to check-in early. No acknowledgment of my Marriott Bonvoy status. Decent value for money. The room was rather small, but comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of three options, delivered on a large tray - definitely plentiful and tasty. Handy location, but extensive roadworks outside were a pain.

The hotel is located close to the main train station in Mnich and you can walk to the old city in 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, but the bathrooms are a little narrow. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is well assorted as well as the dinner and bar menu. All in all good value for money.

Location is convenient - yes its near the station so theres a few people loitering around but at no point did I feel uncomfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful Rooms are generous for a city centre and clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here three nights at the end of August. The pros of the hotel were a good breakfast (despite the coronavirus restrictions), the availability of on-site underground parking, the friendlinessof the staff, the free minibar with unlimited refilling and a restaurant with a limited menu, but with quality food. What we did not like was the fact that the room, being on the top floor, had a constant rumbling noise due to the air conditioning piping in the ceiling which is obviously not properly insulated. As a result we were immersedin this sound 24/7 and it got quite annoying since they could not switch off the aircon ofthe whole hotel. This was quite a let down since I had specifically and repeatedly requested for a quiet room when I booked. The big windows were locked because through them you can access an unprotected terrace. You can get them unlocked by signing a waiver but they did not tell us this when we were there. The bathroom was a bit small for thesize of the suite wegot. Be aware that the room doesnot get cleaned during your stay due to coronavirus regulations. For three days this is ok, though, also because they are willing to give you fresh towels whenever you want. The location is a bit far from the centre and the walk is quite unpleasant due to heavyroad works all along the street where the hotelis located. On top of that, the area is not so well populated, both day and night, and you need to zig zag between the road works and the notexactly pleasant characters youfind on the street. If you are with a kid, be prepared to explainto him or her what a dildo and other gadgets are because you need to pass by a porn shop with ample display of items at least twice a day so you get all sorts of questions from your young ones. The parkingat 25 euros per day is quite expensive, consideringalso that the slots for the car are quite narrow (as a consequence theside of my car got scratched by the door of another parker beside it). So overall I think the hotel has some problems which unfortunately cannot be remedied if not by major structural changes, including the location. I don't give it a poor rating only because of the friendliness of the on-site staff.
