Nice rooms, very clean, nice staff, but the food is so over priced. They want you to pay 5 star food prices for 2 star food. My biggest issue is I booked this hotel at $181 per night and they charged me over $60 in taxes when I checked out. They did not tell me anything about the addition 33 percent I would have to pay per night. Very deceptive.

Very nice hotel and exceptional front desk service.

Arrived in Montego Bay and went to Kingston for 2 days after being away for awhile. We stayed at this hotel and it was very nicely maintained, appeared to be clean and the security was impressive ( from access door to elevator). Not to mention the exceptional customer service offered by the guy who worked the evening of August 24, 2019 who's name begins with "F" (unusual name so don't remember it). Owners whatever u do keep him. Overall lovely environment!

Good place for a business traveller

The service was great. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The room was clean with all of the basic amenities . I really liked the decor of the lobby. My only concern was the bathroom. It's a tad bit small. I'd stay there again however, and recommend it to others...

Great Place to Work for the Business Traveler

This hotel provides a warm and comfortable space to get lots of work done. You can feel accomplished while enjoying the hotel restaurant's delicious fare. Let me tell you about my last meal there: At first glance, you will probably shrug at this unassuming bacon cheeseburger. After all, every hotel restaurant is bound to have one. This would be a mistake. Your first bite of this Courtyard Marriott sandwich will take you on a savory journey, and you will struggle to stop yourself from inhaling this juicy carnivorous treat. Wash it down with a tangy Strawberry margarita, made with love by the Hotel bartenders; and your simple Friday night dinner will transform before your eyes. If you feel like adding some vegetables to the mix, because...health; the side salad is vibrant with a tasty ensemble of five different vegetable types. A salad isnt the same without its dressing, and their zesty mango vinaigrette dressing should not go unmentioned. Many thanks go to Jason and Damion G, both of whom made this culinary experience even more delightful.

Good stay room for improvement

Recently completed a Business stay. Rooms were kept clean and tidy, Comfortable and definitely quiet which allowed for excellent rest and work. However room amenities could have been better. Tea and coffee maker was provided in the room, but limited number of tea bags and coffee bags provided especially for two persons. Additional tea was made available upon request. Restaurant downstairs is average with room for improvement. Best meals were the Breakfast Buffet which offered a wide selection of local as well as continental food. Lunch and dinner options could be improved. Service at the restaurant was not consistent and could be improved as well. Some staff were friendly and helpful while others were not as impressive. Work out room was well kept. Business and document area is small with room for improvement. Most staff were friendly and willing to help make stay comfortable. Security was great. Another added plus was the self laundry service available appreciated this very much. One of the stranger features is that the windows in the room do not open which at times makes one feel limited on fresh air. The air conditioning and ventilation system is very efficient and made up for it, however the option to open a window was missed. General Manager (Lee Ann Godfrey) was an absolute gem, her hospitality and supportive service made our stay comfortable.Our return to this hotel would be because of her spectacular service and support. We thank you For business this hotel is worth a try. Its location is also very central and secure.
