    • Great location

      Reviewed 03 September 2019

We are kosher travelers with our 18 year old grandson who has autism. The friendliness, the service, the caring was just great. We had connecting rooms which was perfect with our grandson. We were in the 4th floor where the ice machine and soda vending machine were available (less expensive than a near by store). The breakfast was really surprising. When we called up to see what we could have for breakfast, the receptionist simply without hesitation rattled off all the kosher products available including jam packets, cereals, yogurts, butter, hot cocoa. We didnt have to bring a single thing and there was no limit! Parking was free. We went during the week in the middle of August so it was not crowded. The hotel staff was great with directions and ideas. The location was just minutes away walking from all the major attraction (fireworks every night, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, if you plan to see all the attractions it pays to buy a Discovery pass for the discounts. We spent three nights.

    • Room with a view

We only stayed one night at the Comfort Inn but we were very pleased with the room and service from the staff. Our room on the 6th floor had two windows and a view of the Niagara River and of the fire works. Breakfast was good and held in a large dedicated room away from other hotel activities. The only problem is finding this place by GPS. Enter the hotel name along with the address to find it!

Our first visit to the Fall's, and our reservations were made here. Our room was great, the breakfast bar was mediocor, and no business center at all which was a big disappointment. Overall, check-in and check-out was a breeze and we had a delightful time.

    • Best hotel in the area

      Reviewed 25 August 2019

I was actually here in August of 2017! I like the natural aspect of the area so decided to stay closer to the Falls. Perfect for those who like to get out and walk to enjoy nature. The only drawbacks from when I stayed was the fact the hallways of the hotel were heated in August, making it extremely uncomfortable to walk thru the hotel and only having one microwave that had to be shared with the entire hotel. It made eating extremely difficult with my allergies. They also were still using latex gloves for food handling at breakfast, so the free breakfast was not accessible to me. The rooms were small for the price. Perfect for taking a stroll to the Canadian side and not having to worry about waiting in line with a car at the border. Be sure to take your passport.

    • Great location but expensive

It has great location , just 5 minutes walk to the Maid of the Mist and Observation tower . The staff is very helpful. Room was clean and room cleaning staff are very helpful. Had asked for extra shampoo which was fulfilled promptly. Breakfast has variety which is standard for this type of hotels. Though it is expensive due to it's location. Food court nearby at walk-able distance at the mall area . Large enough parking area.
