The location, friendliness of the staff. clean rooms and the continental breakfast are just a few reasons to stay at this location. The view from the deck is spectacular while enjoying a cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.

We were part of the group that enlisted with Cosmos Tours for Route 66. We stayed overnight at Comfort Inn on 14th August on BnB basis. It's a lovely hotel with spacious rooms incl swimming pool facilities. The staff are very friendly especially the manager. She is courteous and checks on almost each guest. There is a sense on friendliness in their hospitality. Hotel is located strategically close to attractions and downtown.

    • Comfy Beds but needs better sheets

The room was clean although a little outdated. Bed was super soft which I like but the bottom sheet would not stay on. If I put it back once I did it 30 times. I have never had that problem at another hotel or condo. They need to invest in some deep pocket sheets. Our sheets were not changed by housekeeping when they cleaned. They made the bed but didnt even bother to fix the bottom sheet which had again came off. It was funny to see the bed semi made but that corner off. Staff was friendly. Lobby was pretty and breakfast was really good. We normally stay in condos when visiting Branson but since this was a very last minute quick trip we stayed here. The indoor pool and hot tub looked nice and clean although we did not use it. I would probably stay here again but probably only if I knew they had new sheets.

    • Ok one night stay

Stayed here one night with family for sons sporting event. Hotel is nice and very clean but beds were soft/worn and rooms are a little dated. Shower head is very low but not a problem for one night stay. We did get a king room connected to two queens/doubles which was great for the four of us. A/C in one room did not get the coldest and was controlled not the unit while the other room had a thermostat on wall controlling the unit and this room got much colder. Location is close to 76 but not on 76 so thats good and can access by the side routes. Property is definitely well kept and breakfast was very good and above average for a hotel breakfast buffet. Might stay here again if just for one night.

    • Great Guest Attention

This was our family's first stay at this locally-owned property, and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We selected this property due to my job working the front desk at another Choice property. We travel frequently and have the opportunity to experience several different hotels. My first impression of this hotel began before we even arrived, as hotel staff texted my phone before our arrival, while at Silver Dollar City, to ask if they could meet any specific questions or requests. This was BEFORE we even got to the hotel. We were in Branson for my wife's 50th birthday and via text, the staff & I discussed local places to get a birthday cake. I was very appreciative and impressed by the pre-stay contact. The 2-story lobby is spacious and adorned with mounted (deceased!) wildlife. One of the first things that we noticed was the Christian music being played in the lobby. The front desk staff member, Joanie, told us that the hotel owners are Christians (they own several other hotel properties in Branson). She was very helpful in recommending different area restaurants & answered any questions that we had. The property is a 4-story hotel and you actually walk in on the 2nd level. The roomy breakfast area overlooks the 2-story indoor pool area which is completely glassed in on one side, allowing a lot of sunshine into the pool area. The breakfast was the standard Choice chain fare and was well-stocked and attended to. Also on the first floor was a guest laundry area and a game room with a billiard table and 6 or so video games (my son "donated" $7 to Ms. Pac Man!). Our room had 2 queen beds and was very clean & comfortable. The hotel is about a block south of the famous 76 entertainment Highway, approximately in the middle of the entertainment strip area. I highly recommend this property. Friendly staff. It was a fun stay!
