Room was not clean, shower curtain was Gross, mini fridge was broken- did not cool and dial was literally broken, bathroom floor was sticky as well as stained/sticky carpet in one section. Definitely seemed to be in a somewhat sketchy area of town and clearly a party hotel. Room across hall was having party until at least midnight- loud party! We paid $400 for this room bc holiday weekend but was prob worth $89. Neon flashing lights around the roof should have been a sign.

Checked in here after a late night driving so couldnt be picky. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. All the good ends there. The room was very dirty. We had to remove the bed spread because there was blood in it!! The rooms smells metallic and very damp. There is clearly a moisture issue as there is mild around the windows and the bathroom fan was completely rusted out. The smell in the room did not dissipate. The breakfast is meagre; though the breakfast room was clean and spacious as is the lobby. Very disappointing stay.

Pulled up to hotel. Was concerned as the area is kinda shifty looking. Walked in skeptical, but the lobby was nice, and clean. Check in was fine. The clerk at the desk was super nice and friendly. That's is the only positive thing about this visit. Went to room, walked in found that the A/C was taken apart and in pieces. Furniture was strewn all over the room. There was a repair job that was either not finished, or not cleaned up after. So, we go to room #2 Walk in, begin to get ourselves situated. Wife sits on the bed and notices something crawling toward her. It's a bed bug! No way are we staying here! Had to call Choice Hotels customer support line and go back and forth for a while to get a refund. I would avoid this place.

I have been staying at this property for work travel every few months for about a year and a half. It has been under construction for remodeling for the majority of that time. The problem is, I dont see a lot of changes for the good. The floor in the lobby and hallways always seems dirty, the paint in the rooms I have stayed in is dirty. There are two ice machines in the hotel, and on this trip, neither one is working, and no one seems to be very concerned about that. I also noticed that the shampoo in the room was far less than full, meaning that it had been used before. There was a sticky residue on the desk in the room, that I had to clean with wet tissues. The good news is the air conditioning works well, there is a decent TV service, the bed sleeps well, and the bedding seemed nice and fresh. I dont want to find somewhere else to stay, I just wish they would clean the place and fix it up.
