The park is in need of an upgrade in all areas - I think this is starting. Unit was dated and cleaning was sloppy. Despite this the park is very busy which also made it quite noisy. Chch accommodation seems quite pricey overall.

Love love staying here! There is so many activities for the kids to engage in, covered heated pool, spa, comprehensive play ground, go-carts! Excellent cooking/dinning facilities and accommodation types that suit all budgets.Large Shopping mall with grocery store walking distance.

We have been coming to Top 10 for about 13 years now and always enjoy our stay. The park is great for families and oldies like us, shopping centre is only 10 minute walk away, a bus to the city is across the street.We love the place and will return.

ReviewedWe have stayed here before, but not in a campervan. We got great instruction on how to get to our site, with a map. It was great, and located not far from the amenities block if we needed it, and very quiet. We had had a wonderful day with my husbands family, and were visiting my family the next day. Very impressed. We had a great day with my family that following day, and our plans were to go through to Kaikoura but all the roads were closed due to bad weather, and we were welcomed back to the park and treated as lovely as the first stay. Really recommend this place to all.
