    • Terrible in terms of cleanness

      Reviewed 06 September 2019

Stayed in Cerulean Hotel, Klamath Falls for 2 nights during the labor day, as part of our Crater lake trip. We booked 2 rooms online and after reaching there we found it to be a nightmare. the lobby in front of our rooms was full of dirt, spider webs, and off-course spiders & other insects. We straight away reported this to the hotel management but no cleaning nothing was done. The room was smelly and filthy. At first, we saw the bedsheet had few hairs, which we cleaned. Then, in addition, to our extreme disgust, we discovered that the bedsheets were having multiple disgusting stains which appeared to be semen stains. The Restroom was also outdated and unclean. There is no doubt that this is the worst hotel I have stayed in the last 5 years.

Protracted check-in caused by slow front desk staff. My room #126 smelled musty and showed serious wear. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and window was jammed shut. Easy to hear your neighbors activities like walking around or flushing the toilet.

    • Filthiest Hotel Ever

      Reviewed 05 August 2019

We were traveling south after a long road trip and ended up with nowhere to sleep. The Best Western referred us to the Cerulean. Check in was fine, friendly and helpful. She gave us the last king room. We walked into a room that had been used-the bed was torn up, the bathroom as well. Lights, a/c were on. We backed out and I returned to the front desk. Poor young woman was very sorry, gave me keys to the double queen she had left. We must've been in the old section of the hotel, the furniture was worn, the flooring dirty and the walls marked and beat up. Generally, the place was a dump. HOWEVER, the second room turned out to be FILTHY as well. The sheets were stained in both beds and so wrinkled it was hard to tell if they were clean. I found a long black hair in one bed (I'm blonde and hubby is bald) and gross stains on the bedspread. The floor in the bathroom was sticky (I never took my shoes off) and there was a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling where the vent fan should've been. The toilet was stained, it was like something out of a truck stop bathroom-Disgusting. I was unable to find any other room in town. We were so tired and so pissed off, I left clothes on and barely touched a surface. I went straight down to the desk the next morning and told her what we'd found in the room. She gave me 50- off, she should've given me the room for free. It was without a doubt the most disgusting hotel room we have ever had the displeasure of staying in. If it hadn't been so late we would've kept driving. NEVER AGAIN.....Do NOT stay here, it was gross.

    • Horrible stay

Ok, to be fair, we have stayed here before and if you get a room where they have already renovated, it's a nice hotel. But, DO NOT stay in the rooms next to the Waffle Hut! They are not up to date. The bathroom needed a major makeover, the outlet in the bathroom doesn't work, the toilet was backing up. The shower had stains, and didn't look clean at all. The sheets on the queen size beds were for a full size bed, so they kept coming undone. That section definitely needs upgrading. The front desk did say they were going to be updating this winter, so hopefully, they will get to that section soon.

Stopped by here for the night. Decent hotel, was impressed on how big the rooms were, loved that a lot! Love how its close to the lake! Very short walk! I gave it 3 stars mostly to to the fact that the sheets on the bed could prob be cleaned better and that the pillows could be a little more comfortable. Idk to me comfortable pillows make the experience in the hotel a lot better! Overall not bad
