This hotel is really good value, it is beautifully decorated in a relaxed style. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, it seems that nothing is too much trouble We really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast.

When we arrived it looked like even , Santa Marta is a awful place. We stayed here one night before going to lost city and just have good things to say about this place, good service , clean rooms, good breakfast, small but nice swimming pool, you cant swim but definitely refresh yourself. Nice place to relax inside a mad city.

ReviewedWe had the privilege of staying at Casa Verde in Santa Marta for 3 days during our trip to Colombia. Juan and Hely were extremely helpful in helping us enjoy our stay and take full advantage to of the beautiful area in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. They recommended the best tours as well as restaurants. The hotel has charm and history. We sat in its lovely courtyard where a delicious breakfast is served with local fruit, yogurt, eggs coffee and so forth. It is well located in the historic district so one can enjoy easy fun walks around the town. Highly recommended.

ReviewedChecking into this hotel was a breath of fresh air, after spending a few days along the coast in Tayrona and Palomino. The hotel is beautifully renovated, the air conditioning works great, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a hot water shower that works quite nicely after you let the water run for a while, and breakfast was very nice. I highly recommend this accommodation! Their pool is pretty tiny, more for little kids but anything else.
