      I really enjoyed my weekend stay in this hotel. Location was good, a solid walking distance from most destinations I wanted to go. Rooms are very spacious with great views and the service was great as well. Would recommend to anyone!

      This is one of my favorite hotels in the world and I go out of my way to go to Boston just so I can stay here. Its been almost 2 years since my last visit and the doorman welcomes me by name as I arrived. Thats how cool the BHH is..... Emil and Keith at the concierge set up my airport ride, dinner services...super friendly and efficient. You feel that they are eager to await your instruction, not as if its an imposition to assist a guest. I had the Admirals Suite, which is basically a parlor suite except its got a gigantic terrace. In spring and summer I would highly recommend this suite... you could host 25/30 people over,liking the harbor..... in the winter, save yourself some money and just take a normal suite at a considerable savings, as the terrace is less usable. But, a wonderful accommodation.... although surprisingly small bathroom (shower only) for a suite of the size. Housekeeping, front desk, room service and Frank, the wonderful bell man all super top notch. As are the bartenders and wait team in the restaurants and bars. But, my star if this visit was the wonderful Roslyn, the hostess in the Rowes Wharf Sea Grill... what a special lady. We were instant friends and she watched out for me and my guests the duration of our stay, including a wonderful goodbye hug as we departed. The Boston Harbor Hotel has it all, wonderful brick and mortar, a fabulous location and VERY special people who execute their roles as if on cue.... perfectly. This is one of the top hotels in the US.... premium. Go and enjoy.

      Stayed here on for two days before we flew to Europe. Stayed on a high floor overlooking the airport. Sort of got hypnotized watching the planes take off and landing. Anyway, large room with comfy bed and a nice seating area. The bathroom was newly renovated, had an interesting door. Good amenities. Short walk to the North side district. water taxi takes you right downtown. Very good staff. Will be back.

      This hotel is outstanding! The rooms are gorgeous and so are the views. The service is awesome, from the front desk, to housekeeping and turn down service. Everything is very clean and comfortable and the staff is phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again.

      Reserved this hotel at Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts. You get a lot of amenities, many not guaranteed, but none the less offered. Early/late check in, $100 hotel credit, etc. I thought for certain I booked a two queen room. My bad. Turns out they don't have rooms with two queens. We arrived on a quiet February Saturday afternoon and were told we had a two double room. I can't even fathom why hotels even use double beds these days, but ok. Front desk person could give a you know what if I wanted to try and get my upgrade to a suite with a King bed and pull out for my kids. Her colleague leaned over and said the word no hotel guest ever wants to hear...."I am fully committed today so we can't offer you a larger room". Do you own the hotel? YOU are fully committed or WE are? Fully committed is a soft pedal, non-committal phrase that says you're crud out of luck. On a spooky empty Saturday? The restaurants and bars were half empty all week. I told them I'd go up and check the room and possibly check out if not big enough. They could have cared less. She told me to go up and look at the room and let her know if I needed to check out. Nothing was heated. I did not use any profanity. OMG. Ok. Cool. Your competition would love to have me, I'm sure. We checked the room and it was nicely appointed in old school Boston beds and furnishings. Very clean and nice. But two adults in a double? Awful! So we slept like mummies with our arms to our side for four nights. This was a college tour and the ironic part is that if my kid gets into a Boston university we will not stay here on visits. The front door team was very nice and the check out guy nice too. I also thought it uncanny how each and every person getting breakfast had to be approved by the front desk by a physical phone call to the front desk. It made for an awkward moment while the hostess called to make sure we weren't ripping them off on a free breakfast. This is not very professional.
