      Our family get 1night at hotel and kids are very happy to stay here very nice location near beach , shopping mall and restaurant All staff are so friendly and room services is very good We will come back here again Only one thing that I think is uncomfortable because 1 of swimming is renovating but next time hopefully is be done

      Each and every services of the hotel is superb.The staff were very co-operative.Speacially MILD @ front office is very cool in nature.will try to come again. Thanks all ur team and staff members. The hotel is in the mid of pattaya every thing is nearby hotel.

      I stayed at the A-one royal cruise with my wife for 6 nights in August 2019. On entering the reception area we were greeted in a traditional Thai manner ''Sawasdee'' by all the staff members. We were offered a refreshing honey and lemongrass welcome drink by the friendly staff then shown to our room by a Mr North who informed us about the hotels amenities and offered a brief tour.Very helpful and friendly. All staff are dressed in smart Naval attire ,you could be mistaken in thinking you were aboard an actual cruise liner. I would like to make a special mention to staff members Mr Nucci of guest relations and Miss Nun executive lounge hostess who made our stay exceptional,both were always polite and friendly and attentive to all our needs during our stay in Pattaya and offered a wealth of advice relating to things to do and see in and around Pattaya. Our room and washroom facilities were clean and the bed gave us a good night sleep. Breakfast was great with a wide selection to suite all tastes ,food and beverages were were of a high standard and the dining area well lit facing the beach,all breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay,would highly recommend

      ++ location -- this 4*hotel has a lot of issues Stayed for 6 nights at A-One The Royal Cruise hotel Pattaya with a group of friends (11persons) in three different rooms. Rooms 1416, 1419 and 1429 (two Family rooms and one Deluxe room). Location: The hotel is situated right in the middle of Pattaya center and is ideal if you like the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants and malls nearby. Getting the tuktuk is really easy, as this hotel is a stop in the route of the tuktuks that pass by. Wave to have them stop for you, hop on and press the button when you need them to stop. Pay the drive 10 baht per person for your ride. Accommodation: This is where this hotel fails big time. So many things that need to be pointed out as I honestly do not know where to start. As this is a 4* hotel and we had paid 29144K baht for our room for a 6N stay, we did have certain expectations. Entering the hotel lobby and after checking in and going to the rooms we found out that none of the public spaces (lobby, hallways, dining areas) had any aircon. Something we found a bit odd for a 4* star hotel, but not that big of a deal. Walking to our rooms we found out that the door entrance of both the Club Family rooms were strangely right next to the door of the emergency exits of the building. Most of the times this door was also open which did not give us a good sense of security. Walking into our Family room we found a relatively large room with a kitchen, sofa and desk area and two beds, one double and one single. The first thing we noticed was that the room including cabinets, furniture, carpet, etc looked very worn down and tired. A kitchen was provided including a sink, microwave, cooking hob and cabinets, however not a single piece of kitchen utensil was provided except for a few cups and plates. Very odd indeed. Also the room was not clean upon arrival, a lot of dust was visible in many areas and on the furniture. At this moment we realized why during checkin it was requested that we pay for the full stay right away. Something we found very odd, because usually you pay a deposit for expenses but pay the hotel bill at the end of your stay. But now we understood why. If I had known that this was the room we would be getting for the amount we had paid, I would have stayed 1 night and used that time to book another hotel in Pattaya. As we had paid the full amount already the group of us thought to make the best of this stay and try to enjoy our time as much as possible. Which in the end we did, but despite of the following things that occured later during our stay: - Breakfast was way below 4* standards; Quality was not good and choice was very limited. - Our tv did not work and the safe broke down during out stay. Someone came to fix the tv and the safe. However the next day the safe was not working again and after calls still no one came to fix it. So I borrowed the safe of our friends room to keep our valuables. - Daily cleaning was below 4* standards; as the room was already dusty during arrival we did not expect a lot from cleaning. However, we had incidents that the rooms were not cleaned at all on the day. So I called multiple times to let them know. After my last call someone did come in the end to clean my room, however they forgot to clean my friends room. - On the last night of the stay I visited my friends room and saw something crawling in their bathroom. It turned out that they found 2 cockroaches(!) in their room. - During checkout no one asked how our stay was, we just got the bill and off we went. You could see that staff were not motivated or cared about the guest experience. This is a very long post and I have thought about whether to publish this review. I have never posted such a negative review on Tripadvisor before, but I also have never in our travels to Asia experienced such a bad quality 4* star hotel either. If you can ask over 4850 baht for a room per night, which in my opinion is a lot of money, then at least make sure your rooms are: - As advertised, - Are NOT dirty, and get cleaned EVERY day, - That everything in the room works, - And that your staff answers promptly to guests requests. To close this on a positive note. There is something positive to mention about this hotel: the man in the uniform by the elevator was very friendly and saluted us very enthusiastic. He was very helpful every single time we came across him.

      The room was excellent, The service was great and The Staff's were very nice and helpful with service mind, also the food was delicious, clean and everything you want it you will find it. I had a wonderful time spending in hotel. But the best thing I was like it is the service, because the first time I go to the pattaya and I dont know about pattaya a lot so the service help me to find the best place ever time I want to them, specially the worker Cho she like to help every time you go to her so I will absolutely come again to the hotel.
