Inexpensive motel in the heart of Buffalo. Rooms were clean, front desk staff was the owner (and very helpful). I had asked to keep our group all together, and she was very willing to do this. There is probably nicer places to stay in the area, but for our group this was perfect. We were able to sit outside comfortably on the chairs/benches provided and chat until everyone was ready for bed.

The room was comfy and very clean. Chairs outside the room gave us the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine and meet the "neighbors". Stayed 3 nights here and want to go back. The owner was a wonderful person who had time to chat over coffee and fresh baked goodies in the morning. Close to downtown and a walking trail along the river. Nice! I was on this trip with a friend. I want to go back with my husband. Loved the motel, the owner and the town, as well as the Bighorns we hiked!

The owner got us a bigger bathroom when she realized we had teenagers. We liked the space around the sink in the room. The AC worked well to cool us off after a hot day. The room was very clean and quiet for a restful night!

Stay away from the chains! This place is perfect! Clean, quiet and everything you need! Trudy is so nice! And her artwork is exceptional. Don't go to a sterile hotel where you have to use an elevator and support a corporate giant...come here and support a very hard working, friendly, caring, local owner of a very cute and comfortable motel! Did I mention her artwork?!!! Thanks T, an awesome stay. (And the cookies!)
