The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A?C,and WiFi worked great. the Lobby has three levels and was so comfortable and inviting i used it instead of the room to do some writing and computer work. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place

Everything at this facility was exceptional. Room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was the best Ive had at any hotel or buffet. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Only problem was the placement of the luggage cart. They should be at the fron door as you come in, not store at the front desk.

Will never stay at another Park City hotel

Fantastic. They had gum and cookies on check in. Next day I went to front desk and they just ran out of cookies. The young man working asked what my favorite kind of cookies were. Then he baked them and brought ot my room. So many other good experiences here.

Excellent hotel that is clean and well maintained

Nice smaller hotel with three floors. It has a pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and air hockey ($1 for the pool table and air hockey). The rooms are clean and in excellent condition as are the building and grounds. The pool is a bit on the small size but works nicely as long as it isn't crowded. Excellent hotel for the money.

Everything at this Hotel is a Little Off

We were quite disappointed in this property, even at the $109 per night pricepoint that we snagged for 2 nights in August. In fairness, the motel was reasonably clean and comfortable, but when you get to the details, it's just not a great place to stay. For example, in the game room next to the (not so great looking and very crowded) pool, the air hockey table is missing pucks, which were presumably stolen. The machine will happily take your dollar and turn the air on, but you can't play without pucks. Similarly, the foosball table is broken, as someone has lodged ping pong balls into it and blocked the foosballs from being used. So you can feed quarters into the machine, but not actually play. The clock radio in our room was broken and appeared to not have been dusted in two decades. And despite having 3 computers with printers, all of the printers are broken in some fashion, and so we could not even print out a boarding pass without having to ask the (inattentive and indifferent) people at the front desk, who looked like they would rather be anywhere but at the Best Western. I don't blame them, because it's a pathetic, downtrodden property.
