We have been really impressed with someone we can't see but who always delivered great service, yes they are housekeeping staffs. We stayed 4 nights,everyday we left the room with mess, it used to be cleaned, organised and all the amenities are replaced without asking them when we back in the evening. Furthermore bed and pillows are very comfortable, Trulee a personalized service in TRUE LIVING.

Good place to stay with family. We got room no 4. Our problem is trip every time we want to boil the water. Other than that, everything was okay and good. They change our towel everyday and clean the room

ReviewedPlus: Room is great, clean and spacy. They provide facilities as refrigerator, water heater, bathroom amenities. Best thing is, they have Bar (Visavis) which was comfy and delicious F&B. Minus: Not adequate parking spot. Electricity was provided for each room and I think it doesn't high enough, we got a blackout once but it's okay.

ReviewedMy room is just next to the reception, the staffs are all very nice and willing to offer help. Room is big and the bed is comfy, air con is cool enough too, the only thing I think it can be improved is the sofa, it has some smell, so I didnt use the sofa at all, just sit in bed. Overall, its perfect for budget traveller with a luxury stay. Thank you!

ReviewedThe room was super tidy and clean. It smelled nice and this accommodation exceeded my expectations on so many levels. I believe the room may be on par, if not better than some 4 star hotel in the touristy area. If you don't mind the slight traffic jam and pleasant smell coming out of their kitchen, then this apartment definitely suits you. The housekeeping even went as far as making us a couple of duck-shaped towel for both the missus and I; the kind of service you won't get on a budget accommodation. Would definitely return and this probably one of the best accommodation that I have ever stayed in Bali. I'll rate it 5/7, jokes! I would have given 20 out of 10!
