We stayed at this B&B during our recent hiking trip along GR5 in the Ardennes and loved it! Very friendly owners, rooms decorated with style and care and lovely garden where you can enjoy a drink. Breakfast was very good too!

We arrived late afternoon to check in, it took a little wait because they also have an Italian delicatessen shop (and a client with some items was there). We were on the 2nd floor, room is not big but also not very small. They do not have an elevator but they took our suitcases upstairs (great service). We asked if we could have breakfast early and that was no problem (30 minutes earlier). We left and arrived late evening back. The bed is quite hard, you like it or not. The shower had some problems, the bathroom itself was not 'finished' it missed some tiles here and there. Also when you flush the toilet the shower becomes extremely hot until the toilet-water reserve has filled up again. Room was clean and there were enough towels. The next morning we had breakfast, a lovely lady welcomed us and the breakfast experience is great! Fresh bread, fresh made orange juice. Ham and cheeses from the specialty shop! We had a great breakfast here. They also have very good coffee. Hot chocolate buns are served on the table. The venue is closely to the centre of Stavelot. We continued our journey and based on the price quality we decided that this is a good location to stay. Special note to the lady from the breakfast! She was very friendly.

6 of us heading to a track day at Spa, had a night in Stavelot, 3 miles from the race track. A lovely period B & B with 4m ceilings. The interior was in need of a little investment, but the beds were comfy and service had a smile. Will definitely use again.

    • Friendly staff with a good breakfast but disappointing rooms.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst motorcycling around the Ardenne. The rooms are old with some charming features, high ceilings etc, but lacking practical features. My room was one of the smallest, but would have been OK had there been any useful furniture, but, other than a very small table (which had a kettle and tea / coffee makings) and 2 hooks on the wall, there was nothing. Most of my kit was therefore kept in piles on the wooden floor. The wash-basin also had no shelf or similar so no storage for any wash-kit and the shower was often hot and cold and OK several times during use. There was some old-fashioned soap, but no shower gel or shampoo. Nearby there was some late night (00:30) noisy partying. The rooms were not serviced (bed-making etc) during my stay. On the plus side the breakfast was good and the staff, at breakfast, were friendly. The location is minutes from many bars and restaurants in the town and access to the nearby roads and motorways is simple.

Stayed for two nights in October 2015 whilst visiting Spa-Francorchamps. Ideally located less than 15 minutes from the circuit the hotel is a beautifully styled building with tall ceilings, it is perfectly furnished, very clean with an excellent continental breakfast served at convenient times. Carrefour is walking distance away, alongside restaurants and bars in the town of Stavelot. Highly recommended!
