STAY AWAY HORRIBLE HOTEL Stay here yesterday and fully regret it!!! I wish I checked the reviews on here first. Its disgusting and dirty place, please avoid not worth staying here if you appreciate your health. It smelled like smokers have smoked in the rooms, there is evidence of it the bathroom on the sink because there is burnt marks. Wallpaper is hanging off the walls. There is horrible stains on the walks and carpet. Plus there is a massive crack on the toilet sit. STAY AWAY!!!!

This is the most disgusting, stinking wretching place that I have ever stayed in and I have slept in desert on the floor in Iraq and slept in a tent in Afghanistan. The wallpaper is hanging off the walls, blood, body fluids and cigarette stains over the carpets, doors and walls. This is not a hotel and cannnot even call itself a hostel. Stay away, avoid absolutely most disgusting stinking place. I cannot believe that bookings.com has it on its books. Just shocking!!

I once stayed in a hotel that I arrived at desperate for a coffee and found an actual poo in the kettle. This place is so bad that it's on par with that. There are no staff in the premises, probably because they aren't brave enough to enter the building. As part of my 'self check-in' I found my key in a safe with the key to another room, which is handy if you want to go and rob one of the other guests in the hotel or be robbed yourself. My room was a single room. I had a fridge and a microwave. I have no idea why, however in the fridge there was a half eaten sandwich. Not quite the Hilton mini bar. The wallpaper was coming off the walls. The taps on the sink were also coming off. I felt like the actual wheels of my life were coming off by having lowered myself to this experience. Anyway I needed a bed for the night and was going out on the beer all night so how bad could it be? I got back around 2am. As the taxi driver dropped me off he gave me a concerned look as he asked "you're only staying here one night aren't you?". The front door was wide open which was a lovely way of inviting strangers in. I then spent the night listening to voices in the corridors discussing a bag of drugs they'd lost. What a bummer for them, I bet that really ruined their holiday. After several minutes of sleep all night I awoke to the sound of a vacuum cleaner and realised a member of staff had dared to venture in, nice of them. I went to the shower to find the previous guest had kindly left the remains of a bar of soap and half a shower gel for me. Clearly this room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival and I stared back at the bed in horror at what a UV light would show up. The shower fitting was broken so I balanced it carefully enough to burn any disease off my body with scolding hot water before getting ready to make a very quick departure. It is a slum. No matter how cheap you might get it for, it is not a bargain because you're paying to stay in actual squalor.

Used Booking.com to search for a cheap hotel for the night for a quick stop over. Pictures seemed ok online. Paid for a family room, but when I turned up, they refused to provide me with two beds. They Said I had not booked the correct room. Person would not speak to me face to face, told me to take it up with booking.com. The room was filthy or I would have thought about sleeping on the floor. Customer service was awful. As they had already charged my card, they did not care that I had to go and book another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs, probably the worst experience I have had at a hotel.

Turned up at the hotel after a 6 hour drive to be told that I had only booked a single room, but on booking I had booked a family room the lady at reception was not helpful and she would not give us another room even though we had paid for a family room... we therefore had to go look for another hotel which was more expensive because there wasnt much available
