Having read so many favourable reviews we booked Seaflowers for our recent visite to Devon. What a delightful place to be.. Ant and Pam are fabulous hosts and easy to get on with, bit of banter is obligatory though. We had a Large bedroom with sitting area and patio overlooking the sea. Good places to eat nearby, if you have room after the various breakfasts on offer. Its a very sociable environment in which to relax. Very luxurious. So many places to explore around the area. Enjoy a luxury break.

We stayed in a Kingsize room. The room was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom again was spotless and offered excellent facilities including a jacuzzi bath and toiletries. The linen and towels were just perfect. We had a small terrace with a table and chairs looking out on to the river and the shared terrace, both were sun traps!! Every little detail was thought through including a small fridge, Nespresso machine, tea and ground coffee. There was also a shared lounge area and a little library with books, dvds and local maps. The breakfast was top notch, a variety of hot breakfasts as well as fruit, cereal, yoghurt and toast. The eggs were home grown!! I thought I was being cheeky asking for breakfast on our first day at 06:15 but it was no trouble at all. Pat and Anthony were superb hosts, very friendly and accommodating, all you needed to do was ask! We will most definitely return!!

We have just returned from a delightful 6 days at Sea Flowers. Our room overlooked the estuary and countryside with a large patio to enjoy both the views and the weather (which was wonderful). The room was large and very attractive. The shower room was small but well equipped. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. The owners were friendly and extremely kind and helpful. We really did not want the holliday to end. There are lots of things to do in the area (buses stop just outside on the road, if you do not want to drive) and also good places to eat (including a pub literally opposite). Parking is also fine.Lots of charming little touches, which show that real thought and care has gone into the enterprise (perfumed sticks; a torch in the bedside drawer; lots of helpful information from the owners). Very recommendable indeed.

Just returned from a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Seaflowers. Everything was top quality - their own eggs, home made bread, marmalade, yoghurt and an excellent choice of cooked breakfast. Patricia was an excellent hostess, very helpful planning our days out. Will definitely return.

We were unable to get a room with a view , so my comments are limited by a double bed (when we are used to bigger) and a room where we could hear traffic noise, footsteps descending stairs and other guests walking on the gravel outside our window. Otherwise the room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, lovely linens and excellent amenities. Great bath with shower. We particularly liked the excellent tea/coffee provisions, biscuits, peanuts, chocolate, cold water in fridge and ability to donate to taste the excellent wine in the fridge. TV a bit small for the visually challenged but we were mainly out , so it didnt matter. Beautiful gardens, loved the vegetable area! Convenient location for walks and eating out. Although hated the speed of the traffic on the outside road! Lovely fruit at breakfast and good range of food options. Eggs and bacon perfect; tomatoes and potatoes too undercooked for personal taste; coffee, toast and preserves excellent. If you like breakfast to be a quiet moment, then this may be more challenging, as all guests share the same table - a positive or negative depending on the topic of conversation! Easy to park outside and hosts who are available to give guidance/answer questions. Pub across the road is good for a meal, the one in the next village is excellent. If you are looking for a B&B you will unlikely find better. Beautiful view so book early, so that you can enjoy the outlook.
