    • Terrible to go order

      Reviewed 12 July 2019

I arrived on a Sunday when they had limited options for brunch. I dont eat meat, so I ordered a BLT with avocado, hold the bacon. Ordering went fine. When my name was called, I asked the disinterested girl handing my sandwich box if there was no bacon per the order. She was pretty rude both to me and to a previous customer, acting like she couldnt be bothered to speak to either of us. Sandwich was made appropriately, but the box they handed me was saturated in something yellow on the bottom. This left a huge mess in my car. Only redeeming factor was that the blueberry macaron was good. Wouldnt return any time soon.

    • A bit disappointed

      Reviewed 28 June 2019

The staff was friendly, but seemed to be a little inexperienced. The samples of sweet breads up front was a nice offering, but they were starting to get a little stale already and the taste was just average. When I ordered my sandwich I asked how big the half and whole sandwiches were and the guy at the counter showed me with a loaf of bread, except the sandwich I ordered didn't come on a slice from a loaf but rather more of a baguette that was VERY chewy. The amount of ham and cheese was a disappointment - a single slice of ham folded over, no lettuce, or tomato and you can put your own condiments on from the condiment counter, as long as all you want is ketchup or mayonnaise. All this for $9 and they can't even throw in a bag of chips? Seating area was adequate, and the food was served quickly, but we beat the rush. It seemed to be very popular right after noon. I know putting a French name on food makes it sound exotic, but I wasn't impressed.
