      Nice view hotel!!!! Affordable , has parking , well located and good food around. Walking distance to the nice cafes and easy to get grab everywhere. Maybe breakfast need to be upgraded and please be careful to climb the bath tub its toooo deep

      This hotel now is so so only.They provide free breakfast but it is very poor quality. The room got a bit weird smell even we took the Suite room. Bath tub is too high. We cannot asked for extra towel even we willing to pay.

      Great location as it is located at Penang Road. The popular local food is just walking distance. They provide free breakfast but it is very poor quality. The room is quite small even though we booked into a superior queen room. But, who cares? It is affordable and I have tried the best Penang food.

      I stayed here overnight for my visa run. The room is okay. The hot/cold shower in my bathroom is really good. Receptionist in the morning is not quite nice compare to the ones who work afternoon until night time. The room is clean but the bedsheets are really smelly and even the carpet. Not sure what it is but you need to do something about it. I believe all the rooms should have adaptors automatically so the guests can charge their gadgets right away. Charging gadgets is the very first thing a traveller will do. KEEP THAT IN MIND. I called the reception to ask for one and I just got a plain answer "no more" without offering any help or tried to get back to me and hand over one if some guest will return. The buffet food in the pantry is really bad. Definitely a No No!

      We stayed there for 2 nights, and on the 2nd night we would like to add 1 more room for my dad (check-in at 6am), the front desk indian/malay/etc lady was confirmed with us there is a lot of Empty rooms thus we are allowed to check-in by 7am. OK! so we confirmed with room with her, she even wrote down the booking number (as per photo) for us but she told us deposit can pay upon check-in no worries. But when my dad arrived at 7am, after the front desk staff changed shift, the other CHINESE front desk LADY was deny my dad's booking, she die die not allowed my dad to check-in at 7am and my dad has to find another hotel at the poor sleepless night (came from Kelantan) ! Most terrible is when we went down to the front desk to clarify with this Chinese front desk lady, she said her colleagues may meant 7pm la.. then suddenly she said hotel was fully booked la... LIARS!!! when my mom told her the staff last night already confirmed the booking verbally with us..this RUDE front desk she HIGH TONE said :THEN YOU WAIT UNTIL SHE COME AT NIGHT ASK HER LA!!! I mean seriously???!!! as a hotel front desk lady you can chase a check-in guest away and deny your liars attitudes and talk to your hotel guests like this?! If your hotel not allowed guest to check-in by 7am PLEASE DONT SAY YES ! If you need to charge us as 1 night charges PLEASE DO SO ! What the hell you promised already and during check-in time you NOT ALLOWED your guest to CHECK-IN as promised ?! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! In the end, my family was cancelled the idea of extending one night (2 rooms) with this hotel and find another better service hotel to stay ! This Terrible attitudes front desk service was totally spoiled our mood for penang trip ! Would not come back this hotel anymore ! Overall hotel was ok, just the room got a bit weird smell. just the front desk problem , human attitudes problems!
